Pros:

Recepção rápida e muito acolhedora. Quartos confortáveis. Restaurante maravilhoso. Tanto no cardápio como no atendimento. Também tem SPA que foi muito bom para relaxar.

Pros:

Hotel de frente para o mar, piscina grande, gentileza dos funcionários, restaurante no local, café da manhã variado.

Cons:

Quarto triplo razoável, sem apoio suficiente para as malas, chuveiro fixado muito próximo à parede dificulta o banho, piso e azulejo do banheiro precisando ser trocados.

Excelente estadia! Comida das melhores.
Pros:

O café da manhã é super farto, com excelentes opções. O hotel tem equipe eficiente e muito atenciosa. O quarto era muito lipo, com vista para o mar. A cama muito confortável e o ar condicionado funcionava bem. A área da piscina é muito agradável. A recepção muto bonita, com água saborizada e café disponível durante todo o dia. A localização é excelente, numa área com construções novas e perto de uma região com muitos restaurantes, bares e sorveteria. Em frente ao hotel, o por de sol era cinematoigráfico!

Cons:

Fiquei triste com um fato que não tem relação com o Hotel. A praia em frente não é própria para o banho.

Pros:

La struttura ha una bella reception con annesso ristorante con affaccio sul mare.
Come ascensore ha un montacarichi e non c’è aria condizionata nei corridoi
Buona la posizione per visitare il centro storico e la sera cenare su Avenida litoranea. Vicino si trovano vari servizi quali lavanderie 60 minuti e supermercati. Anche bar per aperitivo al tramonto sul mare.

Stanze piccole e bagno piccolo
La nostra stanza affacciava sul muro della piscina . La piscina non ci è piaciuta tanto che non l’abbiamo utilizzata

Pros:

Ficamos hospedados por um dia em duas ocasiões quando visitamos os Lençóis Maranhenses: na chegada a S. Luis e na véspera de embarcarmos de volta. Em ambas, o atendimento da recepção foi gentil e eficiente. O primeiro quarto, de frente para o mar era excelente. O hotel é limpo, localizado na orla e é uma ótima opção para quem visita a capital do Maranhão.

Hotel precisa de melhorias, tem problemas de manutenção, pintura antiga, manchas nas paredes, cheiro de mofo, pontos de infiltração. Roupa de banho de baixa qualidade. Preço alto para o que o hotel oferece. Não recomendo.
