Pros:

location, location and location. the view is great too

Cons:

the hotel definitely seen better days.. cleanliness is something that can be improved. No in room slippers. the tv is a joke with only youtube available

Very disappointed
Pros:

Good location for food and shopping

Cons:

The room is NOT CLEAN and SMELLY. Too much dust and mold. No concierge available. Pay extra RM40.00 for two rooms eventhough we pay full online.

The hotel has a convenient location, but requires maintenance. Would not stay again
Pros:

Convenient location and free parking.

Cons:

Room did not have hot water. Sinks drained slowly Maintenance was unable to solve the lack of hot water or unclog sinks.

I registered for free parking at the front desk upon check in. When trying to leave parking lot, for the first time, my car was not registered in the system. I had to go back to check-in and again ask them to register the car.

Pros:

We occupied the Family room. The bedding, specifically the mattress and pillows, offered exceptional comfort. The breakfast provided was adequate.

Pros:

While the overall stay was decent, the breakfast buffet definitely needs a major upgrade, especially in terms of variety and food quality.
​Repetitive Menu: I stayed for 4 days, and Nasi Lemak was served every single day. Only one side dish seemed to change daily. For a hotel of this standard, guests expect a wider selection of main dishes to choose from so they don't have to eat the same thing every morning.
​Food Taste: To make matters worse, the Nasi Lemak sambal was consistently too salty throughout my 4-day stay.
​The hotel management should look into rotating the breakfast menu more effectively (e.g., introducing fried noodles, kuey teow, kolo mi, laksa or Western options) and ensuring better quality control over the taste. I hope to see some improvements during my next visit. Thank you.

Cons:

Water shortage and miscommunication among the staff. If the guest light up the make up room indicator so its mean the room need to be clean and the housekeeping need to alert with the sign. Not until the guest need to call a request for the MUR.
