PESIMA EXPERIENCIA DESCRIMINATORIA

Quisiera manifestar mi descontento con la atención recibida durante nuestra estadía.

La atención en la recepción durante la noche fue regular, ya que el personal no se mostró muy amable ni dispuesto a atender nuestras necesidades.

En cuanto al restaurante, la atención fue bastante deficiente. La primera noche solicitamos nuestros platos y, después de aproximadamente 40 minutos, solo nos habían llevado los bebestibles. Si no hubiese sido por Ayelén, quien se acercó a preguntarnos si necesitábamos algo, nos dimos cuenta de que nuestros platos aún no habían sido solicitados. Al consultar a la niña que nos atendió, nos informó que efectivamente no los había pedido.

Al día siguiente, éramos cinco personas, incluyendo un niño de solo 2 años. Primero esperamos aproximadamente una hora para poder ingresar al restaurante. Una vez sentados, solicitamos nuestros platos y nuevamente pasó cerca de una hora sin que nos trajeran la comida. Al preguntar, la persona que nos atendía nos dijo que los platos “ya estaban saliendo”. Sin embargo, transcurrieron otros 30 minutos y todavía no recibíamos nuestro pedido. Al volver a consultar, me respondió que iría a preguntar.

Finalmente, nos informaron que nuevamente no habían podido preparar nuestros cinco platos. Esta situación nos molestó mucho, especialmente porque observamos que atendían a personas que habían llegado después de nosotros. Mi nieto terminó quedándose dormido y mi hija tuvo que retirarse a la habitación con él.

Ante esta situación, incluso pregunté directamente si el problema se debía a que éramos chilenos, ya que nos sentimos discriminados por la forma en que fuimos atendidos.

Considero que este tipo de situaciones no corresponde, especialmente en un establecimiento que debería brindar una atención cordial, organizada y respetuosa a todos sus huéspedes, independiente de su nacionalidad. Espero que puedan revisar lo ocurrido y mejorar considerablemente la atención, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante.

mala esperiencia, ha bajado de nivel el huinid
Pros:

con repecto a la ubiacion es aceptable, facil para llegar ya sea por bustillos o pioneros, desayuno aceptable no tenemos reclamos, el bano en limpieza sin objecion, pero no se [uede aceptar que un bano de hotel con esa cantidad de estrellas puedo tener una cortina en la ducha de plastico (tienes que mejorar esa presentacion)

A PESAR DE LA LLUVIA Y POCA NIEVE TUVIMOS UNA EXCELENTE ESTADIA

EL DESAYUNO ES COMPLETO, LA COMIDA MUY BUENA Y EL SERVICIO DE COMIDAS A LA HABITACION EXCELENTE. LA UBICACION UN POCO ALEJADA DEL CENTRO, MAS O MENOS 2KM PERO FACIL NOS MOVIMOS EN TAXI O CABIFY. SI HAYQUE MOVERSE CAMINANDO SE COMPLICA SI VENIS POR BUSTILLO ES MUY EMPINADO EL CAMINO PARA LLEGAR AL HOTEL , PERO SI LO HACES POR AV PIONEROS ES EN PENDIENTE. EL PARQUE HERMOSO ARBOLADO, NO LO PUDIMOS DISFRUTAR POR LOS DIAS LLUVIOSOS QUE TUVIMOS.
EL PERSONAL ATENTO Y AMABLE. WIFI FUNCIONO PERFECTO. LA HABITACION PARA 4 PERSONAS SUPER AMPLIA Y LAS CAMAS SUPER COMODAS.

Excelente hotel!
Pros:

muy bien el desayuno, las habitaciones impecables. el hotel cuenta con varios servicios, y traslado en trafic (porque por ejemplo los masajes te los hacian en otra parte y te llevan y traen) además hay un restoran (por si no queres salir a cenar por ahi) que es bastante decente y a precios razonables (dentro de lo que es bariloche). la pileta climatizada es excelente.

Cons:

el wifi lamentablemente lento y se desconectaba. pero asumo que era porque había mucha gente en el hotel. el hotel esta sobre el cerro, así es que a pie puede ser algo cansador. igualmente el hotel tiene un servicio de transporte para subirte y bajarte al hotel. (ademas hay uber y otros servicios).

Do quarto, do café da manhã e da estrutura do hotel.

Cons:

Não tem cobertura para os carros e caminhos fora do hotel são descobertos, qdo está chovendo vira um lamaçal e complica a entrada e saída.
