Great stay in central Berlin
Pros:

Amazing location, walking distance from the Brandenburger Tor, U station on the corner, restaurants, cafes.
Our room was spacious, equipped with fridge and microwave. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Room slightly outdated, but overall comfy and functional.
Street noisy under our windows (was a Friday evening), but after closing the windows we couldn't hear it (we were on the 7th floor though).

Great location, clean and comfortable beds. They do have it written everywhere on booking.com, but be aware that there is no AC ( i heard some people complain who clearly didn’t read before booking)

Apartamentuose buvo labai tylu, švaru ir tvarkinga.Yra mažas šaldytuvas, mikrobangų krosnelė, virdulys, kavos aparatas ir labai greitas „Wi-Fi“. TV kanalai – tik vokiečių kalba.
Vos kelios minutės pėsčiomis iki Muziejų salos ir Unter den Linden alėjos.

Cons:

Televizorius rodo tik vokiečių kalba, tad užsienio svečiams pasirinkimas kiek ribotas (tačiau tai kompensuoja puikus „Wi-Fi“ ryšys).

Im Winter immer gern. Im Sommer leider nicht mehr.
Pros:

Zentrale „Unter den Linden“ perfekte Anbindung an die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Studio mit Klimaanlage ausgeschrieben. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Auf Anfrage wurde mitgeteilt die Klimaanlage würde nur zum Heizen im Winter funktionieren. Zum Kühlen im Sommer ist diese nicht mehr vorgesehen.

Tolle Lage und großes Zimmer

Cons:

Keinen Ac oder Möglichkeit in irgendeiner Art und Weise im Sommer das Zimmer zu kicken. Es war ein Ofen und der Ventilator im Zimmer hat nicht viel gebracht.
