Pros:

Allein die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore war positiv. Die Bewertung "fabelhaft" k9nnen wir nicht verstehen.

Cons:

Die Entfernung zur Stadt Arona und dadurch schlechte Erreichbarkeit war leider nicht sher schön. Es gab keinen shuddle o.ä. und die Taxipreises kein Schnäppchen..Der letzte Bus nach San Carlo fuhr schon kurz vor 19 Uhr.
Am Hotel gab nur enge und wenig Parkplätze, keinen Pool, keine Liegen oder Schattenplätze im Garten.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Getränke müsste man ständig anfordern,da es keine Automaten gab. Die Butter, die Wurst- und Käseplatte waren ungekühlt...bei über 30°. Es gab keine Brötchenauswahl, sondern nur teilweise hartes, getrocknetes Baguette. Eine kleine Obstauswahl war vorhanden aber es gab gar kein Gemüse. Es gab nur eine Sorte Knuspermüsli und nach Milch musste man fragen.
Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir uns leider im Hotel nicht wirklich wohlfühlen. Schade, das Hotel ist eben nur für Durchreisende mit ein oder zwei Übernachtungen geeignet.

Pros:

L’albergo non è nuovo, ma è ben curato. La camera molto pulita e il letto molto buono. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è semplice, ma buona (4 tipi di frutta, brioches, 2 tipi di torte, suco e iorgurt, oltre che formaggio e prosciutto).
