O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente. Desde a chegada, o Rafael, na recepção, foi muito disponível, atencioso e simpático. Durante a estadia, todos os integrantes apresentaram-se muito atenciosos e atenderam prontamente a eventuais pedidos e solicitações que fizemos. Café da manhã muito bom. A localização é bem propícia a quem pretende sossego e tranquilidade e não é distante do centro de Gramado. Ótima relação custo x benefício.
