Room No 215 was not worthy accommodating guests. It's hotel Ramada in Cabramatta, Sydney where we stayed We experienced the following:
1. No phone in the room. WE had to use our mobile phone to make complaint to the receptionist. We were told the room phone was taken off the room due to it being not working.
2.One of the three soap bottles being the hand ad body bottle was full but did not work. The rceptionist raplaced it with a smaller one;
3. The toilet was not working. The toilet tank was not filled with water during the night, from midnight to until 07:00 am in the morning. At midnight, there was very loud sound in the bathroom as if a water pipe was broken. The noise continued from midnight to approx 01:40am. No water in the tank until 07:00 am. We rported to the receptinist when we went o the reception. We told him about the problomatic toilet. We could not communicate with anyone else of the hotel. Our phones were not asnwered.
The room 215 must be prepared fit for service before it was assigned to any guest. We have been a repeating guest. We experienced a very pleasant stay. The hotel should consider carefully to provide better professional service to any guest. We are not happy with the service and hope our next stay would have better professional service to compensate the hardship we experienced sttying at Room 215 of the Ramada hotel in Cabramatta, Sydney on 17 September 2026. Other wise, the hotel should be taken out of the service immediately.

Rooms water pressure small bathroom ac not working cockroach at night time. Tried our best to stay switched rooms 3 times hoping for better but pretty sad. Staff were friendly tho.

a pleasant and comfortable rest for a new start of a long distance drive the nextday.
Pros:

the roon was well taken care of. The breakfast was pleasant with hospitality and friendly atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and warm thorughout the humid night.

I was very happy with my stay there. It was where I needed to be and comfortable with a great breakfast.
