Great location, great staff, spacious room, nice treats (chocolate, puzzle, etc), great bed

We had a good stay and enjoyed Groningen.
Pros:

Good sized upgraded room and location. Good orientation at check-in.

Cons:

Cleaning services not thorough. Trash not emptied, used in-room coffee service not replenished or cups cleaned. Promised early boxed breakfast service not communicated to the restaurant staff.

Vriendelijk personeel, we kregen spontaan een upgrade van kamer naar een mooie suite. Fijne locatie in het centrum van Groningen. Goed ontbijt in naastgelegen café.

Top verblijf gehad!
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel.
We hadden een upgrade gekregen naar een suite die groot, mooi en rustig was. Goed ontbijt in de Sigaar. Parkeren in de parkeergarage was heel fijn. We mochten de auto wat eerder neerzetten dan de inchecktijd en ook wat langer laten staan na het uitchecken.

Cons:

Helaas waren we er voor aankomst niet van op de hoogte dat we gebruik mochten maken van de sportschool. Wel heel mooi dat dit kan!

Heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie, ruime kamers en heerlijk rustig. Zelfs met de kermis in de stad. Ook heel fijn dat je een kleine pantry op de kamer hebt, van alle gemakken voorzien. Inclusief een drankje op de kamer!

Cons:

Waterdruk in de douche zou iets beter mogen en ik heb persoonlijk liever een wat steviger bed.

mooi hotel met een goed sfeer, met een paar verbeteringen zou het helemaal top zijn.
Pros:

Leuk boutique hotel in centrum van een mooie stad. Kamer is sfeervol en ruim. Parkeren om de hoek en is goed geregeld.

Cons:

Badkamer is zonder deur, waardoor je op bijna plekken in de kamer de badkamer inkijkt en er dan geen privacy is. Er is bets mogelijkheid voor een (schuif)deur, waardoor je de keuze zou hebben om wel of niet de deur open te houden. de badkamer is in verhouding met de kamer vrij klein. Ontbijt is vrij beperkt.
