Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.
Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Leuk hotel voor Engelssprekende mensen, maar niet voor mensen met een beperking.
Pros:

Het is fijn om bij het hotel te kunnen parkeren. Ook is het fijn dat de hotelkamers een goede isolatie hebben ten aanzien van prikkels voor mensen met autisme.

Cons:

Het viel enorm tegen dat ik in mijn eigen land, niet Nederlands kan praten met het personeel. Er ontstonden diverse miscommunicaties namelijk als gevolg hiervan. Daarnaast werd een doeltreffende aanpassing wegens een beperking niet gesignaleerd ondanks expliciet melden en kostte dit veel te veel energie achteraf gezien.
