Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.
Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Overall, it is ok
Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for a family of four, and the reception staff were always friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that essential amenities, such as toilet paper, an iron , towels, and a hair dryer, were always available upon request.

Cons:

The only aspect I was disappointed with was the housekeeping service. During our 10-day stay, our room was cleaned only once. In my opinion, room cleaning is an essential part of any hotel stay and should be included as a standard service. Guests should not have to request and pay extra to have their room cleaned an additional time.

Disgusting!
Cons:

I can endure many things, but the room I stayed in was absolutely disgusting. The outlet, that is installed in your bed behind your pillow, was insanely disgusting. Stevie Wonder is the cleaning lady. So much dust on the shelves, on the outlet, and the snot on the outlet was the last straw.

I stayed in my hotel room for no longer than 50 minutes. And that’s 51 minutes too many. My only mistake is that I didn’t take pictures, because when I demanded a refund, they didn’t want to proceed with that because they claimed that they checked the room after I left and they didn’t find ANYTHING of what I claimed to be true.

Genuinely, do NOT stay in this hotel. Absolute shame of a multinational. Clearly a hotel that’s solely cost driven and doesn’t care about basic hygiene and customer experience.

It was close to interesting neighbourhoods

Cons:

The design of the room was weird. The plugs and the light switches were placed in inconvenient spots.
The shower and toilet with the glass walls offered very little privacy.

Good but can be more better
Pros:

Location is convenient — easy to reach from the station, and also close to the beach via tram or bus. The place is clean and comfortable.

A few points that could improve the stay:

Extra small table would be appreciated for keeping water bottles, phones, sunglasses, etc. The existing one is attached to the bed, which is not convenient because it cannot be moved.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and addressing these small points would make it even better for future guests.

Cons:

No plug point near the table. The only plug is in the middle of the bed, which forces you to keep your phone near your head while charging — not ideal.

The wash basin is too small for brushing, shaving, or washing your face. Water easily spills onto the floor.

Cons:

Geruchsbelästigung im Flurbereich über die gesamte Zeit; roch muffig und unhygienisch, Personal auch wenig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als ich Hilfe brauchte, den Zimmersafe zu öffnen, wurde mir geantwortet, sie hätten derzeit niemanden, der abkömmlich wäre von der Rezeption diesen zu öffnen und Reinigungspersonal sei dazu nicht zuständig.
