Gyönyörű panoráma egy tökéletes hotelből
Pros:

A hotel tetöjéről gyönyörű volt a kilátás a Garda-tóra. Igazi pihenésre volt berendezve, volt bárpult, pihenőágyak, székek és asztalok. Nagyon nyugtató volt üldögélni és egy ital mellett gyönyörködni a tájban. Este pedig élő zene volt. Az egész épületben nagy volt a tisztaság, a szoba is minden kényelemmel fel volt szerelve. Látszik, hogy nagyon figyelnek a vendégre. A szobában is sok dolog volt, amiből érződött ez. A reggeli hihetetlenül finom, változatos és bőséges volt. Minden megtalálható volt, ennyire sokoldalú reggelivel még nem találkoztam, pedig jó pár helyen voltam már. A lazacos szendvicstől kezdve, minden volt és a személyzet folyamatosan figyelte az igényeket, sosem volt hiány. Parkolni is jól lehet a közelben.

Cons:

A tetőn lévő medence vize elég hideg volt, ezt nagyon sajnáltuk, mert emiatt nem tudtunk túl sokáig benne lenni.

Schönes Hotel, leider etwas Pech gehabt
Pros:

Es ist ein wenig schwierig für uns, dieses Hotel nach unserem Urlaub zu bewerten.
An sich ist dies ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit ganz wunderbarer Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten und die Zimmer mit Balkon. Die meisten Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Leider gab es aber einen Angestellten, welcher sich extrem unfreundlich und unprofessionell gegenüber den Gästen verhalten hat. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr getrübt. Als wir dies beim Auschecken ansprachen, entschuldigte man sich aufrichtig und kam uns sogar finanziell ein kleines Stückchen entgegen. Das Problem sei bekannt, aber aus verschiedenen Gründen ließe sich diese Situation vor dem Ende der Urlaubssaison nicht mehr verändern.
Wir werden diesen Hotel wohl im Herbst noch mal eine Chance geben und dann eine realistischere und hoffentlich bessere Bewertung abgeben können

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Garda ☀️
Pros:

Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse mit Pool.
Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Dachterrasse mit Pool und tollem Ausblick. Willkommensdrink auf der Dachterrasse. Sehr zentral gelegen. Netter Balkon. Kleiderschrank mit Beleuchtung. Bademantel und Pantoffeln vorhanden.

Cons:

Garageneinfahrt bzw. -ausfahrt ziemlich eng, da es steil und eng im rechten Winkel hinauf geht. Große Autos werden da ein Problem bekommen.

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Das saubere gut ausgestattete Zimmer, die sehr zentrale Lage, der zuvorkommende freundliche Empfang ebenso der perfekte mehr als freundliche Service im Restaurant, die sehr gründlichen Reinigungsdamen und natürlich der gepflegte Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick auf den Gardasee…mehr geht nicht!👌🇮🇹😊

Hotel vicino al centro raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, staff gentilissimo e preparato. Pulizia ottima! Sky pool e zona relax godono di una vista splendida sul lago! Lo consiglio e ci tornerò.
