A peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful, spacious suite with fantastic staff
Pros:

Mitos Suites was a fantastic place to stay. From start to finish, everything was brilliant and the staff were amazing.

Our ferry from Mykonos was delayed by several hours, and the team contacted us on WhatsApp to check we were okay and confirm our arrival time. They made sure someone was there to welcome us at 8pm instead of the expected 5pm. They were incredibly friendly, helped carry our three bags up the steps and showed us around the suite.

The room was huge, with a very large bed, plenty of space, a walk-in shower and a massive bathroom. The living area had two additional beds, making it ideal for a family, although four adults may find privacy limited as the bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom.

We had a balcony overlooking the pool, plus another facing the road. The private hot tub was perfect after a day at the beach or for watching the sunset. There is also a lovely, affordable taverna directly opposite serving amazing food.

The location was ideal. Shops and car hire were around five minutes away, with free parking nearby, and the beach was an 8 to 10-minute walk. Along the seafront there are endless restaurants, beach bars and sunbeds. Buses into Naxos Town ran every 30 minutes, took around 15 minutes and cost €2.30 each. Taxis were around €25 each way, or €27 when paying by card.

Mitos Suites is perfect for a peaceful couples’ getaway with beautiful views rather than somewhere with loud music and a busy atmosphere. The rooms are soundproofed, so we never heard any late-night music or hot tubs.

A special mention must go to the cleaners. We returned to a beautifully fresh room every day, and the pool and surrounding areas were spotless. Thank you, Mitos Suites, for a wonderful stay. We would happily return!

Cons:

Nothing really, as everything was exactly as we expected. Mitos Suites was very responsive whenever I had a question, and the room matched the photos and description perfectly.

The only thing worth mentioning is that we visited towards the end of the season, so the hotel and surrounding area felt very quiet. We only saw a few other guests during our stay, although this actually made it feel peaceful and almost exclusive!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and consistently clean, including all facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location was outstanding — within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, service, and convenience made my stay highly enjoyable, and I would gladly come back.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel is in a wonderful location. It is clean, spacious and has a huge bathroom with walk in shower. The bed was soft. It had two balconies. This is a gem!

Cons:

A possible suggestion is to make the shower stall door wider to prevent water on the bathroom floor. The pool is also quite cold as the sun is limited to a small portion of the day. Maybe find a way to heat the pool up? Lastly, a bar facility of some sort would be great (coffee, tea, drinks, some snacks).

Pros:

Absolutely the perfect location for a week in Naxos. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the hot tub in our room was a perfect extra. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels replaced. The staff is very attentive. We would definitely book again.

Exceptional !
Pros:

Doamne, cat de mult mi a placut aceasta locatie!!! Daca as avea o nota mai mare de 10, as da o! De la amplasare, pana la servicii, personal, curatenie, camera cu vedere catre oras si mare, jacuzzi, confortul paturilor, totul a fost exceptional! Ne am simtit foarte bine si cu siguranta vom mai reveni! Deja imi este dor de rasaritul pe care il vedeam din camera atunci cand imi beam cafeaua!

Cons:

Ca nu am putut sa stau mai mult😀 a fost totul exceptional! Multumim pentru tot, personalului!

Pros:

Bardzo ładny wystój , dwa baseny , obsługa bardzo sympatyczna . Codzienne sprzątanie . Przestronne pokoje , my mieliśmy dwa balkony . Na przeciwko , na wyciągnięcie ręki, kameralna tradycyjna tawerna gdzie od godziny około 19 można dobrze zjeść . Polecam bardzo .

True Greek Hospitality
Pros:

Location was perfect for families with younger kids. We originally thought about staying in Chora, but I was super happy we chose Mitos instead. The property is very close to Agios Prokopios beach. Aliko and Plaka beaches are very close as well. You can easily go to Chora, and to the mountains. There is even public transportation if you want to go by bus. The people who work at the property, Christian and Maya, are very courteous, professional, and promptly responded to our requests. We had an awesome time in Naxos and at this property. Thank you guys.

Cons:

We liked everything. The only thing I would suggest to make the place even better is to put an extra AC in the living room.

Pros:

Det var simpelthen for skrabet - ingen betjening, ingen reception, ingen mulighed for at købe morgenmad, ingen mulighed for at spise eller opbevare mad/vand - selv vores tøj mütte blive i vores rygsÌkke fordi der ikke var skabsplads. Der stod til gengÌld et kÌmpe bordskakspil midt i "stuen" som ogsü var vÌrelse for vores store teenagere. Det fungerede simpelthen ikke. Der var en sød pige, der tog i mod os den første dag - derefter var der stort set ikke personale pü stedet. Der var alt for meget støj fra vejen.

Cons:

Synes ikke man kan sÌlge den som en suite til familier, den er slet ikke gearet til en familie pü fire. Nul opbevaring til tøj, daglige fornødenheder. Hvis man bare leder efter et sted hvor man kan sove og tage en dukkert i poolen, sü er det helt fint. Men vi troede vi havde bestilt et hyggeligt "boutique" hotel - det levede det ikke op til. Vi havde tag over hovedet og omrüdet var skønt, nür blot man var kommet vÌk fra vejen (meget trafikkeret).

Pros:

Heerlijk appartement, zwembad, jacuzzi. Leuk toeristisch dorpje met een prachtig strand. Veel faciliteiten in de buurt.
Maya deed de ontvangst heel vriendelijk. Onze zoon was jarig de dag nadat we aankwamen en zij had voor ons de taart geregeld. Zo ook een andere accommodatie omdat we 1 nacht niet in Mitos suites konden verblijven. Bagage werd opgeslagen. Zo lief en vriendelijk!

Cons:

Airco in de tweede kamer zou gemogen hebben, want het temperatuurverschil tussen kamer met en zonder was groot.

Pros:

We konden al voor het inchecken de bagage kwijt en gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad. Onze koffers werden naar onze kamer gebracht. De kamer is ruim en wordt iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand van het strand en restaurants. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden!
