Great boutique hotel in heart of Biarritz
Pros:

Lovely boutique accommodation in an excellent location. We loved our stay in Biarritz, the hotel exceeded expectations. Hotel was very clean and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with all our requests and queries.

Zeer meegaand en behulpzaam.
Pros:

Ik heb er maar één nacht geslapen terwijl mijn vrouw in het ziekenhuis lag. De volgende dag zijn we naar huis gereden. We hebben alle medewerking van het hotel gekregen. Mijn vrouw mocht zelfs gebruik maken van een badkamer op de begane grond in een kamer die gewisseld werd.

Cons:

We hadden de kleinste kamer (geboekt) bleek achteraf. Voor 4 nachten was die eigenlijk te klein maar nu was dat geen probleem.

Hotel tres bien placé et agreable, non loin d'un parking. L'accueil est chaleureux et leschambres propres et bien agencée. Proche du centre ville, on peut tout faire à pied. Ke plus, produits sans gluten pour le petit déjeuner ! Nous reviendrons !

Tek eksi yanı otelde asansör yok ve merdivenler dar. Bize ikinci kat verildi ve valizleri çıkarmak güç istiyor. Bunu bilerek, eğer yük taşımada probleminiz varsa, baştan konuşmak lazım.

Lovely restful hotel in a fabulous spot to enjoy Biarritz
Pros:

The location was excellent- close to the beach and bars but still very quiet at night. Very helpful host who spoke perfect English. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom attached. The hotel was able to accommodate my bike safely overnight for 5 euro. Breakfast was very good.
