O quarto é velho, não há tratamento acústico, a casa de máquinas do elevador faz barulho o dia todo, o aquecimento é deficiente e um dos aquecedores não funcionou e a equipe não ofereceu solução, as cadeiras do refeitório estavam sujas e o café é fraco, aliás é o único hotel que não tinha suco de laranja
A localização em um lugar alto e a arquitetura que lembra a de países europeus de clima frio é encantadora.

Quando troquei de quarto, me colocaram em um que era muito barulhento e um aquecedor não estava funcionando
O hotel é muito charmoso. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é excelente. A localização do hotel é ótima, dá pra ir para vários locais a pé inclusive.
