Everything was great! We were allowed to check in earlier, which was really appreciated as we didn’t have to wait for several hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The location deserves a special mention. The hotel is only about a 7-minute walk from the city center and the sea, while the area is nice and quiet at night. There is also a bus stop literally just a few steps away, which makes it very easy to get to the beach, the airport, and other places around Heraklion.
The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the location and overall experience. We had a really good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
Beau emplacement central et belle chambre.
On entend pas mal de bruits et le petit déjeuner n’étais pas très conséquent, peu de choix.
Nota positiva: la posizione. La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, a soli 8-10 minuti a piedi dal centro, comoda per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni e i servizi.
La camera è assolutamente inadeguata rispetto agli standard di una struttura classificata 3 stelle, soprattutto considerando il prezzo eccessivo per notte.
La prima sera siamo stati costretti a cambiare camera perché la prima era davvero inadeguata: il piatto doccia era praticamente privo di una chiusura in vetro e, durante la doccia, l’acqua arrivava fino davanti alla porta del bagno. Inoltre, la stanza era molto buia.
La seconda camera era leggermente migliore, ma presentava comunque diversi problemi: box doccia estremamente piccolo, stanza buia e climatizzatore funzionante solo a tratti. Essendo inoltre situata all’ultimo piano, la camera risultava particolarmente calda.
Abbiamo preferito non sollevare ulteriori contestazioni durante il soggiorno, trattandosi di soli due giorni, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato decisamente negativo.
Es un Hotel, de paso, poco recomendable para estar varios días.
No funcionaba el ascensor y la aire acondicionado tenía poca potencia. La verdad que el personal tampoco era amable.

Struttura valida e in posizione centrale,pulizia soddisfacente colazione buona ,staff cordiale e non posso non menzionare George una persona davvero squisita estremamente cordiale,ci dava ottime dritte!
La Colazione dovrebbe essere un po’ più varia,la qualità dei prodotti era buona ma la scelta è abbastanza limitata

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. We also appreciated the overall service during our short stay.
Unfortunately, we could hardly sleep because the sound insulation was very poor. We could hear people walking and talking outside the room as if they were right next to us. The door and walls did not seem to block any noise at all. We also felt uncomfortable with the balcony setup. The balcony doors could not be properly secured, and it seemed possible for guests from the neighbouring balcony to simply climb across. This made us feel unsafe and affected our overall experience.
