Wir wollten da nur kurz schlafen … dafür war es zu laut.

Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind extrem laut (Strassenbahn bis 1 und ab 5, Müllabfuhr … )

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel in Munich.

We arrived around 9 p.m., tired after our journey, and were met with a confusing situation at reception. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Upon entering the room, we realized the mistake, which was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. We had to return to the reception and wait while they checked the situation before being assigned another room.

At check-out, we were about 40 minutes late and were charged €29 for the delay. While we understand that there are rules in place, considering the serious issue that occurred at check-in, we felt there was a lack of understanding and flexibility from the hotel. Since they caused us a delay at check-in and an uncomfortable situation, this charge should be reconsidered.

We hope that at least the charge or the overall negative experience will be reviewed and taken into consideration.

Excellent location near to Munich Hbf and public transport but neighbourhood bit on the rough side. Close to shops and Old Town plenty of restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t good poor choice and quality

Cons:

* 24h Check In, wir waren um 23.45 Uhr vor Ort, niemand da, anrufe wurden nicht angenommen, wir haben 20 Minuten gewartet bis eine unmotivierte Mitarbeiterin so gnädig war uns einzuchecken
* extrem (!) laut durch die Straßenbahn
* extrem (!) warmes Zimmer & Bad und das Ende Mai!

A convenient and reasonably priced hotel.
Pros:

The location is convenient to the Hauptbanhof and to the center city. A tram line (two, in fact) run right in front of the hotel, giving you additional access to the full city. The property was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming. Breakfast was typical for this class of hotel (meats, cheeses, rolls, fruits, eggs, juice, coffee/teas), but there was plenty of food, and it was fresh.

Cons:

The walk to the station was only two blocks, but at least one of those was populated by young men travelling or living "rough." I did not feel unsafe, but I changed my walking route by a block to avoid them. Some reviewers complained about noise from the tram, which runs throughout the night. My room was toward the back of the hotel but faced onto a small courtyard that opened to the street. With the windows closed (fine in the late Spring), I heard some tram noise but not enough to disturb my sleep.

Room … place in center

Cons:

Didn’t like the behave of women in breakfast … once she said you can’t take anything out from breakfast wanted to take half of my sending could eat early had to attend the conference .., was very wierd knowing I payed breakfast for 4 nights.., I left didn’t take it and other days she followed as I was a thief … this made me felt so bad .. cos I travel a lot and was first time happpen you can’t take off breakfast of an apple at least…
And last night a recepcion said have to close terase at 9:30 she did it and didn’t allow as drinking a beer outside and smoke … that didn’t happen others nights before other staff was friendly and very professional except women last night ☺️

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione per muoversi verso il centro città.

Great value in a great location!
Pros:

Room was large and very comfortable -exactly as advertised. Bathroom was perfect too. Location close to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. Ideal for our needs and we have used it before.

Cons:

Nothing really. The hotel is not particularly fancy but it is clean and comfortable and priced accordingly. We did not order breakfast so cannot comment on it. Room was quiet and tastefully furnished.
