Un excellent séjour au Ratana Hill Patong. Hôtel calmet et agréable, grandes chambres propres et confortables avec balcon. La picisine est très sympa et l'emplacement permet de profiter de Patong tout en restant au calme. Personnel accueillant et toujours disponible. Location de motobike disponible sur place très pratique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande sans hésiter.

Good location with very helpful staff. Close enough to patong beach without all the noise etc
Pros:

Good location, close to many shops and restaurants. You can even rent a bike from the hotel itself. The room was clean, spacious and was great value for money. The staff were super kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

The French reception how meet me in the evening was super friendly and welcoming

Cons:

Location is very inconvenient even with motorbike,old facilities,no one could swim in the pool,insect everywhere because near to hill ,bathroom is miserable besides that first time I see hotel closed at 11:00 pm in the pick season reception closed every thing closed

Good value for money
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The location is nice, you are still in Patong but in a calmer area. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The heavy smell of cleaning products when we first enter the room. The bathroom could use remodelling, but it was clean and functional.
