A wonderful and relaxing stay with outstanding hospitality and beautiful surroun

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel from the moment I arrived until check-out. What impressed me the most was the professionalism, kindness, and friendliness of the staff. Every employee was welcoming, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

The hotel enjoys a beautiful hillside location with a peaceful atmosphere and lovely views, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to relax and escape the noise of the busy city. The surroundings are calm, the air feels fresh, and the overall ambiance is incredibly pleasant, especially during the mornings and evenings.

The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was outstanding, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining high standards throughout the property. Everything was well organized and comfortable.

Although the hotel is relatively close to Patong Beach, restaurants, shopping areas, and walking streets, having a car or motorbike is recommended because the hotel is located on elevated ground. However, this is a small trade-off for the tranquility, beautiful setting, and relaxing environment that the hotel offers.

I would like to sincerely thank the management and all staff members for their exceptional hospitality and excellent service. They made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and looking for comfort, peace, and outstanding customer service. I will definitely stay here again in the future. A well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars.


أقمت في هذا الفندق وكانت تجربة رائعة ومريحة للغاية من بداية الوصول وحتى المغادرة. أكثر ما أعجبني هو حسن استقبال الموظفين واحترافيتهم العالية في التعامل مع النزلاء، فجميع العاملين كانوا ودودين، مبتسمين، ومتعاونين في كل الأوقات، ويحرصون على تقديم المساعدة بكل احترام وأخلاق راقية.

الفندق يتميز بموقع جميل جداً على مرتفع يوفر أجواء هادئة ومناظر رائعة، مما يجعله مكاناً مثالياً للاسترخاء والابتعاد عن الضوضاء.

Pros:

The location was out of city peace and calm place , 2 to 3 km near to main market.
No sound at night easy to sleep, fresh air, greenery around , simple decent family place.

Cons:

Hotel is on hill incase if you are walking down to the market and coming up will be difficult for children and females, unless you are using bike or a car.

Un excellent séjour au Ratana Hill Patong. Hôtel calmet et agréable, grandes chambres propres et confortables avec balcon. La picisine est très sympa et l'emplacement permet de profiter de Patong tout en restant au calme. Personnel accueillant et toujours disponible. Location de motobike disponible sur place très pratique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande sans hésiter.
