Very helpful staff, I arrived 01.00 in the morning and had free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Close to the airport. Great breakfast.
Shuttle bus back to the airport because of lack of information. The hotel uses a coach and I had to wait 45 min before departure when I was advised that it the wait is about 10-15 min. I thought that I am going to be late for my flight.

Our flight arrived in Amman nearly 4 hours late, around 7:10 PM. After landing, we were first asked to fill out papers and then go through passport control. Unfortunately, the passport officers were very rude and disrespectful. They took my passports and told us they would return it within 5 minutes after we came back from the hotel, but when we returned, we waited more than 30 minutes along with several other passengers before receiving them back.
We were traveling with a baby who had already spent nearly 14–15 hours flying and was crying a lot because he was extremely tired. Despite this, the whole immigration and passport process delayed us significantly, and it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes just to reach the hotel.
On the positive side, the hotel staff themselves were very kind and professional. Check-in took less than 5 minutes and the staff tried to help as much as possible.
However, we finally reached the hotel around 8:40 PM and had to leave again at 11:00 PM for our next flight. Paying around $180 for barely 2 hours at the hotel was not worth it for us considering the delays and stressful airport process.
Overall, while the hotel staff were good, I would not recommend booking this hotel due to the immigration procedures and poor treatment at passport control.

Das Airport Hotel liegt -wie erwartet- nahe beim Flughafen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten via Shuttle am Ziel, was es perfekt für den Abflugtag macht.
Etwa 1,5 km entfernt (wir sind hingelaufen) gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum, wo wir den Nachmittag verbracht haben. Hier gibt es einige gute Cafés (siehe Foto - göttlicher Schoko Käsekuchen im Glas) und Restaurants, klare Empfehlung fürs Dinner: Super Mama Restaurant!
Ansonsten gibt es hier noch Möglichkeiten für Souvenirs und orientalische Süßigkeiten.
Im Hotel war es erstaunlich ruhig, trotz Flughafen kein Lärm hörbar. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber.
Das Hotel hat einen Pool, den wir wegen Reinigung aber nicht nutzen durften (sehr schade, weil es eigentlich die einzige Möglichkeit zur Beschäftigung wäre...)
Das Frühstück hat uns ehrlich gesagt sehr enttäuscht, nachdem wir überall im Land (selbst in entlegenen Gebieten) einen besseren Standard vorgefunden haben. Der Orangensaft zB war nicht trinkbar, Zucker pur plus Farbstoff! Sehr schwach für so ein Haus.

Начну с персонала ужас ,мы с друзьями забронировали на один день гостиницу стоимость за сутки 173 $ комнаты грязные ,все в пыли ,окна не мылись кучу времени ,одно полотенце, мы въехали в гостиницу раньше времени так как у них была такая опция о доплате никто даже не сказал ночью пришли двое в номер с кассовым аппаратом просить деньги еще 75 уе!!! Одним словом никому не рекомендую ,гостиница и персонал фуфло разводняк на бабло!!!
