The food was not that attractive
Comfortable hotel. I only had few hours of stay but room was ok and what was more important to me this time, the shuttle bus was fast and I had not to wait for it.
The breakfast and service were good.
The dinner wasn't great. There was not enough meet and a little bit over priced.
But overall, everything was fine.
their where 2 categories of room (Airport free pass, - booking reservations)
For booking reservation, I could come back yes;
but forget to use the free rooms provided by the airport
food wasn't spectacular, but decent
Royal Jordanian Airlines delayed our flight by 17 hours in Amman (capital of Jordan). The transit hotel was where RJ put us up. After an hour and a half at the airport waiting to leave for the transit hotel, we were given a room that was clearly very dirty. The bathroom, toilet and general room was clearly very dirty with no surfaces wiped at all, and the BEDDING HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED FROM THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS. When reported, a young chap came to change the sheets, which revealed a wet, brown stain on the mattress below the thin sheet (no mattress protector at all). Both the duvet cover and the flat sheet were covered in hair and small black dots. A manager was very good and moved us into another room. It was equally dirty, but it did have clean sheets so we could sleep.
My roommate are dirty and the bed full of bed mites. I woke up in the morning and saw my feet full of small red rashes.
Disturbance in the middle of the night, night staff disinfecting all rooms with insecticide and talking very loudly.
