Very comfortable and quiet location.

Best sleep I have had for a while. Wonderful. Thank you.
Pros:

Extremely comfortable bed in the cosy room.
Snacks and water that wasn’t added to the bill was a bonus.
The most extraordinary historical architecture in the building. All the wood and cosy lighting added to the ambiance. The glass lift was beautiful allowing one to admire all the delightful high ceilings.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

On this stay my only issue was the bathroom had been cleaned but a ball of hair was left behind the toilet on the floor.
Pros:

Stayed here several times before, great hotel, beautiful location & really different vibe to similar hotels in this location

Cons:

Really nice vibe to the hotel, cool rooms with mini bar included

Ok, I think i choose the wrong room
Pros:

Funky and cosy, goid vibes.
Old and morden fusion.
Room service was good

Cons:

My room was too small and was close to reception and kitchen, bit noisy, should of selected a bigger room at higher level.
My bathroom exhaust fan didnt work

Great location, nice restaurant staff, poor service, rude receptionist and not value for money. No way is this a 5 ⭐️!!

Location and ambiance. Staff in the restaurant

Cons:

Rude staff at the desk. No light in the room and had to move room. No soap/shampoo in room dispenser. Generally poor communications and no acknowledgment of concerns
