Un gran hotel para quedarse y visitar Carcasona.
Pros:

El conjunto del hotel es espectacular, tanto el espacio exterior como la piscina y el edificio, la habitación limpia, con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Es una lástima que la piscina no se pueda aprovechar mas tarde de las 19:30

Le cadre est très agréable, hotel a taille humaine. Une impression d’arriver dans une grande maison de famille.
Propreté au rendez vous.
Nous avons été très très bien accueillis!

Struttura bellissima, colazione ottima (i formaggi superlativi), personale educato. Stanza molto carina e pulita, zona piscina con piccolo parco accanto molto piacevole.

Cons:

Il distributore di bibite fresche messo sotto chiave alle 19.30, orario in cui termina il servizio del personale in presenza, magari potreste pensare di metterne uno automatico

Wonderful hotel, incredibly clean and beautiful

It’s a beautiful property which is kept incredibly clean. The WiFi is good, the pool is fantastic and it’s very peaceful and quiet

Cons:

As much as it’s fantastic overall, there’s a few things to watch out for. There is no fridge in the room. And no bar operating after 7. It’s a small family hotel so you feel like you’re in someone’s home. Therefore it’s not ideal for families. It’s perfect for couples for one or two nights I would say. There is only a simple breakfast available, no other food. Also you are not allowed to eat near the pool or play with a ball in the pool etc. it feels very much an adults place for relaxing and peaceful time

Moment hors du temps lors de notre parcours de vacances.

Pour notre été 2026, nous avons organisé un petit trip de plusieurs villes en France et Espagne. Sur le chemin du retour, nous nous sommes arrêtés à Carcassonne.
C'est ainsi que nous avons découvert l'hôtel la Bastide Saint Martin pour 2 jours.
Merci pour votre accueil, votre service et votre bienveillance.
Nous tenons vraiment à mettre en avant la propreté et la décoration des chambres. L'espace piscine est magnifique. La clim est un vrai + par ces chaleurs.
La literie est confortable.
Le calme règne.
Le parking privé est sécurisant.
L'organisation des hôtes et la présentation des restos dans les environs.
L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport aux commerces, à la cité... etc.
Boissons fraiches et petites restaurations (chips, sandwich, wraps ..) disponibles à la demande.
Seul le petit déjeuner n'a pas été consommé. Nous ne savons donc pas nous prononcer à ce sujet.
Cette note de 10 est plus que méritée.
Nous serons Honoré de revenir un de ces jours ... (😃)

Cons:

Ce n'est pas quelque chose qui nous a forcément embêté mais en termes de suggestion ... peut être un petit frigo dans les chambres ?
