Jammer dat de inrichting minder mooi is dan het huis op zich waarvan ook het interieur heel goed is bewaard.
Jammer ook van een onprettige ervaring met baggage die ik 's morgens afleverde met de boodschap dat ik laat op de avond zou terugkomen. Er werd uitgelegd hoe het cijferslot werkte en afgesproken dat de sleutel van de kamer zou klaarliggen omdat er niemand meer aan de receptie zou zijn. Bij aankomst rond 23.00u lag de sleutel effectief klaar en verwachtte ik dat mijn trolley in mijn kamer op me zou wachten. Dat was dus niet het geval. Ik heb tien minuten gewacht en rondgekeken maar kon nergens mijn koffer vinden. Gelukkig merkte ik dat er een telefoon stond aan de balie en een contactnummer waar men mij meteen kon meedelen waar ik mijn koffer kon ophalen. Het was niettemin erg onaangenaam omdat ik mijn koffer met daarin mijn laptop dringend nodig had en lang niet zeker was dat het me zou lukken om die te vinden. Ik neem aan dat dit een eenmalig gebeuren is. Deze opmerking moet zeker NIET worden gepubliceerd maar is bestemd voor de huiselijke afspraken.

Een hotel om regelmatig naar terug te gaan.
Pros:

We zijn hier al zeven keer geweest in de afgelopen jaren. Dat zegt denk ik genoeg. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Goed en divers ontbijt. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Goede verbindingen met het centrum.

Cons:

Jammer dat de wellness niet inbegrepen is in de prijs voor gasten en je een surplus moet betalen om van de faciliteit gebruik te mogen maken.

Kamer has wat last van straat lawaai

We wouden graag van de sauna genieten bij onze incheck, die al wat later was dan origineel gepland, er is weinig flexibiliteit om in de avond nog van een de sauna te genieten en ook eten in de buurt bij late toekost is niet mogelijk, iets meenemen van onderweg met de vraag om het later in de microgolf op te warmen was ook moeillijk.

Quel agréable séjour !
Pros:

L'accueil était au top, chaleureux, courtois, et les renseignements donnés précieux. Chambre de belle surface, très bien équipée. Literie confortable, et vue agréable sur les arbres du jardin. Dans une ancienne villa art déco typique. Petit déjeûner exceptionnel. Possibilité de se garer sans problème sur le petit parking comportant des bornes de recharge électrique.

- the staff was very nice and flexible
- the hotel is conveniently located with a tram station only 3 minutes by walk away
- our room was clean
- very quiet

Cons:

- the room remained quite dark even when all lights were turned on
- in general, the hotel is in need of some reservations/modernisations
- the breakfast is decent but it is a bit unfortunate that you need to apparent ask the receptionist if you want a hot drink other than coffee or an egg dish

Pros:

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big. There was no noise whatsoever so it was a perfect location. The tram to the city center is 3 minutes away.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa hotel. The property itself is stunning, full of charm and character, and located in an incredibly picturesque neighborhood that made the whole experience even more special. Everything was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt taken care of and would happily stay here again.
