Pros:

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were large and clean. Lots of parking space and right across from the tram to get into Ghent in 10 mins. Lovely addition of having the option to use the spa.

Cozy little mansion
Pros:

It is a very cozy little former mansion with a lot of style. The common areas are all well kept and the room is absolutely super comfortable.

The bed, the bed is incredibly comfortable and so are the pillows. This is so hard to do right and they really nailed it.

I didn't hear the neighboring rooms at all, it is a very well-built place.

Cons:

One constructive bit of feedback is that the pool water is quite bad. There is dirt in the bottom of the pool and the water is very cloudy. Also, the whole spa area smells like mildew. It could do with a good clean.

Pros:

God beliggenhed, venligt personale, et godt sted at overnatte når man er på gennemrejse. God morgenmad. Vi kunne også godt lide atmosfæren i Gent.

Charming and relaxing stay
Pros:

Friendly staff (and dog!). Quiet area of Ghent but easy to reach downtown. Very spacious rooms. Wonderful historical character but with modern conveniences. Amazing breakfast was more than the typical continental.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Sehr gut, würde es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr großen Zimmern, großzügigem Badezimmer und sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage war bei circa 30°C eine große Hilfe und hat super funktioniert. Die Innenstadt von Gent erreicht man zu Fuß in circa 30 Minuten, per Straßenbahn in circa 5 bis 10 Minuten. Der Pool hatte angenehme 31°C was nicht ganz erfrischend war, aber im Winter sicher super ist. Vormittags ist der Pool für alle nutzbar, was bei der Größe evtl. zum Problem wird, nachmittags kann man ihn auch nutzen, solange der SPA-Bereich nicht gebucht ist. Die Hotelbar ist zwar klein, hat aber eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung Richtung Tür bzw. Schrank ist sehr spärlich und könnte heller sein. Die Toilette hängt definitiv zu hoch, so dass Personen mit circa 1,6m keinen Bodenkontakt mehr haben.

Pros:

Reilun kokoinen ja rauhallinen perhehuone. Vastaanotossa annettiin avuliaasti tietoja julkisen liikenteen käytöstä ja ruokapaikoista. Ilmainen pysäköinti.

Cons:

Erikoista, että kaupunkivero piti maksaa vielä erikseen saapuessa. Muualla Belgiassa kaupunkivero sisältyy hintaan.

Mooie villa met prachtige gals in loodramen en klassieke muziek ij het ontbijt. Waar vind je dit!
Pros:

Vriendelijke glimlach bij het ontvangst en. Hulp bij opladen van de auto was aangenaam. Klassieke muziek in de ontbijtzaal. Ongehoord goed.

Meer licht in de donkere gang.

Séjour à Bruges et Gand
Pros:

La piscine, l'équipement salle de bain, le calme, la proximité du tram, le café ou autres disponibles dans la chambre, les places de rangement.

Cons:

Après l'énorme choix du gd hôtel Normandy à Bruges, déception pour le choix du pt déjeuner ( pourtant + de 20 % + cher > pas génius)+ un seul fauteuil dans la chambre et impossibilité de regarder la télé depuis le lit.
