Cons:

Que hice Check out el viernes, x 2 noches y 2 dias después me hiceron cargo de US292.47. Llamé y no me han indicado x qué me cobraron después de haber pagado todo. No me parece transparente ni fiable. Por esto no lo recomendaría a nadie

O hotel é mais nomeado do que eles esquecem o serviço ao cliente que é o que eles gastam por estar em um bom hotel. O quarto era bom em tamanho, mas a limpeza não era boa, o telefone nunca funcionou, eu tinha que descer do 26º andar para pedir meu jantar, eu contei a eles sobre o telefone e eles não se importavam porque nunca deram uma solução. Nunca mais fico em um Hilton péssimo

Great location, and Friendly staff
Pros:

Went three times there for convenience, as it is well located in central Panama facing the beach and 15 minutes from the old town. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly. I would recommend the Italian restaurant on the top floor where the food selection is better than the ground floor restaurant. Just be aware the hotel is reserved on Friday for "religious celebrations" where the elevators are not always available. I spoke to the staff about this, and found it really disturbing to say the least.
