Hilton Panama

Went three times there for convenience, as it is well located in central Panama facing the beach and 15 minutes from the old town. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly. I would recommend the Italian restaurant on the top floor where the food selection is better than the ground floor restaurant. Just be aware the hotel is reserved on Friday for "religious celebrations" where the elevators are not always available. I spoke to the staff about this, and found it really disturbing to say the least.

Our stay at the Hilton Panama was wonderful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff.

The team at Emotions Restaurant put on an amazing live show that made dinner feel like a celebration. The entertainment, atmosphere, and hospitality were all exceptional.

However, the true stars of our trip were Isamor, Gloria, and Edilsa at the Society Café. Every morning during our included breakfast buffet, they welcomed us with genuine hugs, warm smiles, and kindness that made us feel like family rather than hotel guests.

Traveling with our twins—especially while our daughter was in Panama receiving stem cell treatments—came with its own emotional challenges. Isamor, Gloria, and Edilsa went above and beyond to make each morning a little brighter. They remembered the little things that meant so much: bringing the twins their straws and French fries without us even asking, checking on our daughter to see how she was feeling after her treatments, and always making sure our family had everything we needed.

Their compassion, attentiveness, and genuine care turned breakfast into something we looked forward to every single day. It’s rare to meet people who make such a lasting impact in such a short time, but these three incredible women did exactly that.

Thank you to everyone at Hilton Panama for your outstanding hospitality, and an extra heartfelt thank you to Isamor, Gloria, and Edilsa. You made a difficult week feel lighter and filled our mornings with love, comfort, and kindness that we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back.

A lovely and modern hotel to unwind. After a spending a few days in Casco Viejo it was so nice to come to this part of town and stay at the Hilton. With breathtaking ocean views and great A/C, it was a much-needed comfort for me and my fiancé.

We booked an ocean view room at the Hilton Panama and I loved seeing the boats waiting their turn for the canal. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern and I loved that we got fresh towels daily as well as wash cloths! Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They do check the mini bar daily :P

The hotel had great restaurants and amenities. I really appreciated that all the hotel restaurants had vegan and vegetarian options. We liked Bar Blue and Society Cafe and the true stand out was the Italian restaurant, Ciao Rigazzi. We also visited Emotions Diner Theater which was just spectacular! The performers, dancers, and singers were so talented and really put on a show. Huge shout out to the Emotions team for making our night special. We also visited the hotel Spa Eforea which was lovely. We did a couples massage and enjoyed the spa jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and relaxation area. The spa was really beautiful and tranquil. The hotel pool had picturesque views and was a nice place to relax in the evenings. We even tried the Casino and the Starbucks on the ground floor. The hotel gift shop had cute souvenirs and was fairly priced. All reception staff were super attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope to visit again.

El desayuno es expectacular, muy recomendado para los gustos exigentes. La habitación super amplia y comoda, solo que yo no sabia que como era con ducha a ras del suelo no tenia puerta, entiendo que es para personas con movilidad reducida, yo recomendaria que aunque tenga ese objetivo, deberian ponerle puerta, ya que al bañarse toda el agua se sale y hay que estar secando con toallas el suelo. Esa si es una recomendación que le hago al hotel, porque todo lo demas es excelente pero ese detalle de la falta de puerta en el baño, si me incomodó y yo no sabia cuando contraté que cuando dicen ducha a ras del suelo, es que tambien no hay puerta en el baño. Todo lo demas es excente en el hotel, me volveria a quedar, pero si les recomiendo que tomen acción y pongan puertas en los baños para evitar incomodidades de inundación.

¡Todo excelente! El personal muy amable y atento a tus necesidades. El desayuno muy variado y muy buena atención. La ubicación inmejorable! Amplia habitación con una vista espectacular al mar.

The stay was excellent.The staff ( The Concierge Gina ) was very helpful assisting us booking day trips, also the servers at the Blue Bar was very nice.
The transportation from and to the airport was very good.

Best hotel in Panama by far

My brother and I recently visited Panama for the first time in late June. We had a wonderful time and everyone at the Hilton was very helpful. One employee stood out in particular, Alexis Mc Ella. He went out of his way to make sure my brother and I had a great visit. He was able to give really good food recommendations and places to explore.

The staff super friendly

Excellent room and friendly staff specially the breakfast crew. We were not sure how the standard room looks like , but it’s very spacious, larger bathroom and shower area.
Breakfast spread is really good with variety of food , for all the 6 days we stayed .

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Panama. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views, and we really enjoyed the great pool area. The location is also very convenient, as everything is close by. A special thank you to Isamar from the breakfast service for her kindness and excellent care, which made our mornings especially enjoyable.

We had a great experience and the service was fantastic. Roderick took good care of us every morning.

A great location in Panama either to work or explore the country. Has all the amenities and during the WorldCup big screens to share the games.
