Cons:

I am a regular customer and Inspite of Requesting for early check-in. They made me wait for almost 45 mins for room. Old staff was very friendly. This new staff and trainees are not upto the mark.

Had a good stay at Double Tree Suites, All the staff were attentive and helping . The front desk team and the breakfast team all were very professional. Looking forward to come back again and stay here
