На жаль, цей готель зовсім не відповідає рівню п’яти зірок.

Почну з ресторану. Ми замовили дві піци загальною вартістю близько 800 грн, однак смак залишив лише розчарування. Окрім томатного соусу та сиру, який більше нагадував пластилін, у страві не було нічого, що виправдовувало б таку ціну. За подібну вартість очікуєш значно вищої якості.

Не менш дивним виявився і так званий преміальний алкоголь. На жаль, преміальним його можна назвати лише за назвою. Ми добре розуміємося на якісних напоях, тому смак алкоголю, змішаного зі спиртом, був дуже помітним.

Сервіс також залишає бажати кращого. Щоб попрасувати сорочку, необхідно чекати від 4 до 8 годин, що для готелю такого класу є абсолютно неприйнятним.

Окрема проблема — номери. Вікна не відчиняються, через що в кімнаті дуже важко дихати. Навіть кондиціонер не зміг забезпечити комфортну атмосферу.

Особливо прикрою стала ситуація з фотографом. Напередодні ми узгодили з адміністрацією можливість проведення фотозйомки, оскільки цього дня святкували весілля та хотіли зробити гарні фотографії. Проте щойно ми вийшли на територію готелю, до нас одразу підійшов співробітник із претензіями та повідомив, що фотографувати заборонено. Незрозуміло, чому про це не повідомили заздалегідь, якщо питання було попередньо погоджене на рецепції.

Також дивує відсутність сніданку у вартості проживання. За шістьох гостей ми заплатили понад 7000 грн, але навіть сам сніданок не відповідав заявленому рівню: фрукти були несвіжими, а більшість страв виглядала завітреною.

Єдиним позитивним моментом став SPA-комплекс. Хоча навіть він для готелю такого рівня міг би бути значно просторішим та краще облаштованим.

Загалом вартість проживання абсолютно не відповідає якості послуг. Від готелю категорії «5 зірок» очікуєш високого рівня сервісу, комфорту та уваги до гостей, але, на жаль, цього тут ми не побачили.
