Average property but super excellent staff
Pros:

Staff, staff and staff - excellent staff which will be the only reason I will go back if I do. Spa was amazing the masseuse Nguri was so good - best massage of my life.

Cons:

Rooms are in bad shape and the duty manager moved me to better room to make us comfortable. Excellent person indeed.
Internet sucks, TV never functioned, food - it appeared that same food is getting recycled next day in a different form, either in breakfast or dinner. Buffet, though inexpensive, was not so tempting. No human factor design in the bathrooms. Taps and tissue rolls are placed without consideration to human factors. No towel napkins. Instead they keep tissue box that eventually gets wet in the cramped up bathroom counter.
No look or feel of Radisson.
