can recommend this hotel to all ages Was mobility friendly
Pros:

Breakfasts were good. Continental and full breakfasts were available. Plenty of choice. if you hadan eating problem the staff were willing to help and advise.
Smoking was outside the building

Cons:

The accommodation was outside the town so it was a fair walk. We hired a car so it did not matter. Hotel staff organised car hire so experience was a pleasure not a pain

Nice and relaxing. The Restaurent and dinner show was excellent.
Pros:

The amenities were nice and clean. The Resort is close to town and neaches. The staff were excellent. We arrived late due to Qantas troubles and the Manager had arranged sandwiches for out room. . a nice touch.

Cons:

The only thing was we had thought we had booked two beds in our room rather than one large bed. The bed was spacious and comfortable but it's our preference to have two beds.

Pros:

Beautiful gardens, comfortable, clean rooms. Food was great, especially the Eton Mess 😀
The staff were so lovely. Very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

No serious cons, perhaps having a shelf on which to put toiletries in the shower would be nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was very handy, with towels supplied. BBQ area very clean and tidy.

Cons:

Bed very uncomfortable. Had cockroaches in bed and benches. Lack of utensils and crockery.

The experience would be much better if a comfortable bed was provided, it’s essential when staying for a week.
Pros:

Location, swimming pool, friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows and bedding old, need replacing. Rooms are dated, bathrooms in need of a good spring clean and refurbishing.

Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of the township. Has all the facilities needed. Every single staff member made the stay enjoyable and were all so helpful and informative about what to do and where to go.

My third visit to Norfolk Island - pleasant and worthwhile.
