Pros:

A wonderful place; we were checked in early, and all our requests were fulfilled lightning-fast. The cuisine and food were superb! There is free on-site parking. A wonderful spa and an equally lovely terrace with a view of the Dead Sea. We enjoyed every second—thank you.

האוכל ביום שישי שהוגש בחדר אוכל קר..... לא מצדיק את מחיר הארוחה.אם ישקיעו בחימום כמו שצריך יכול שיפור גדול
כמו כן יש להם מנגנון שמפסיק את המזגן..רק לאחר שצילצלו מהקבלה לשאול עם הכל בסדר .אז אמרתי שהמזגן נכבה מעצמו ונעשה חם .הסבירה שתתקן מהמחשב.הם לא אומרים את הפגם הזה

שילמתי דרך בוקינג על החדר שלנו, כאשר הגעתי למקום עצמו הם טענו והתעקשו שלא קיבלו את התשלום שלי ולכן חייבו אותי בשנית.
לאחר כחודש שמתי לב כי בוצעו 2 חיובים באשראי שלי אחד לבוקינג ואחד למלון עצמו.
כשיצרתי איתם קשר לבקש זיכוי, הם שיגעו אותי במשך יומיים ונתנו לי להלחם על קבלת הזיכוי שלי!
לא רצו לזכות את הכרטיס שלי, היו מוכנים לזכות כרטיס אשראי אחר שלא שלי, אלא של שוהים אחרים שהיו איתנו בחופשה בחדר אחר בטענה שיש איזה בעיה טכנית ורק אותם ניתן לזכות.
רק אחרי צעקות ואיומים ודרישה לקבל את ההחזר אליי כי אני זאת ששילמה פעמים הם הסכימו לתת את הזיכוי.
אמנם השהות במלון היה סביר, אבל השירות לאחר מכן פשוט מזעזע בעייני.
אפילו התנצלות על עוגמת הנפש לא קיבלתי.
