Great stay at this amazing hotel!
Pros:

Great location: you can’t find better!
Breakfast is good
The hotel restaurant offers great food if you wanna have lunch or dinner. It’s very tasty and fair price.

Cons:

The quality of the toilet paper is not that good: it’s way too thin…

Lovely comfortable hotel in excellent location with very good restaurant and staff very warm and helpful
Pros:

The bed was v comfortable,
The Air conditioning was very good .

The location and view onto the square were fabulous .

Cons:

It was a bit noisy as you could hear the street noise ,

The decor throughout was too dark in my view .

Cold water in shower didn’t get fixed, broken suitcase when left with the staff, no AC in the room and complained multiple times before it was even looked at. Not great customer service at all from staff and we were rushed to leave the room when we had late check out.

The stuff was amazing we travel all over and this was really amazing especially Sara. Liris Brouno Lorisse and Eduardo. We got the best service we are definitely coming back.

Cons:

- La qualità del servizio. Ho segnalato la mattina, prima di colazione, che il supporto della doccia era rotto (l’ho trovato così, e già solo questo non andrebbe bene) rendendo quasi impossibile lavarsi. Ho inoltre chiesto un cuscino aggiuntivo. Mi hanno garantito che la sera, al mio ritorno, sarebbe stato tutto risolto, ma così non è stato. Nè il cuscino era in stanza nè la doccia sistemata. Ho quindi dovuto attendere un’altra mezz’ora che trovassero una soluzione per la doccia (piuttosto posticcia). Inoltre, il giorno dopo, al cambio degli asciugamani, si sono scordati di darcene uno. Da un 4 stelle a circa 200 euro a notte non mi aspetto questo servizio così pressapochista.
- colazione appena sufficiente. La varietà è discreta, ma non vengono segnalati gli allergeni e molti dei prodotti (come purtroppo in tanti locali del Portogallo) contengono lattosio. Ho potuto mangiare molto poco

O Hotel precisa de uma grande reforma no geral. Os móveis do quarto e as áreas comuns estavam bem desgastados. O café da manhã também bem fraco.
