Caja fuerte en el SUELO dentro armario ,cama grande en habitación.502 estaba estropeada en parte derecha, tele no funcionaba con el mando, solamente manual. Ningún vaso para baño, suelo de ducha muy resbalosa ningún alfombrin para resolver

Хороший отель. Отличная локация , прямо напротив тц Галатапорт. Сделали апгрейд при заселении, отдельное спасибо Турдугюль🙌🏻номер большой , чистый. Персонал доброжелательный, всегда готов прийти на помощь. Спасибо за комфортное прибывание

يحتاج صيانه وتبديل الستاف بالكامل الفندق هذا يباله موظفين متدربين ومتأهلين لاستقبال الناس بأجمل ابتسامه

خدمة الفندق جداً سييه جداً والمصعد يومين مايشتغل وكنا نطلع درج ومافي اهتمام ابدً والتكييف سيئ فالبدايه كنت طلبت 3 مرات تصليح مكيف ولا حد عبرني بعد ماشتكيت في بوكينغ عطوني اهتمام والغرفه وصخه وفيها حشرات وفالجيك ان استقبلنا الموظف بقلة ذوق مافي ترحيب ولا حد طلع معانا وطلعنا من الفندق بروحنا ولا حد اخذ معانا الشنط

Very disappointing.
Pros:

It’s close to galataport which has restaurants and good stores to shop.

Cons:

Rooms are old they need renovations!
You can hear everything from the street the windows are very thin it gets hard to sleep!!
AC doesn’t cool !!
The bed and pillow is very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral, direkt gegenüber ist "Galata Port" mit schönen Boutiquen. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt vor der Tür.
Soweit alles gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist GROTTENSCHLECHT und sein Geld nicht wert!
Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und da wird es auch mit noch so viel putzen nicht mehr sauber.

Здравствуйте, примерно неделю назад вернулись из этого отеля, останавливались на сутки перед круизом и на 2 суток после круиза. Выбирали этот отель из-за близости к Галатапорту, кто едет в круиз -отель очень удобен , перед отелем набережная, крупный торговый центр с кафе и ресторанами. Понравился завтрак, вкусно и сытно. И что особо приятно и удобно в отеле администратором работает русско-говорящая девушка Турдугуль. Она решала все наши вопросы быстро и оперативно, вызвала такси до аэропорта, была вежлива и приветлива! Отель рекомендуем!

немного шум с дороги , очень много транспорта под окнами отеля
