There were less food options
We Stayed for 2 nights with 2 rooms...A Complete Family Stay....What a lovely PropertyThe Staff was extremely courteous.....Front Desk Mr Vinod is truly a gem of a person with so much personal touch....great food..
Great ambience....excellent location....Very Spacious and Clean Rooms....in total a great experience.....will again come to this place for sure....will highly recommend ....
Everything
Everything about this hotel is great! The staff were really warm & caring. You are always at home with them. The location is also nice, quite near to the Mall & old Manali and the Hadimba temple. Loved their hospitality.
Rooms were a little more cold as this is near the forest and the tall trees do not let the sun come into the rooms too much.
My go to place in Manali. Everytime I visit Manali, I must stay with them. You start missing their hospitality and warmth.

Nice big room and overall a good value for money and location
Very poor sound management and all street noise was coming in room
I like the ambience of the property. Their staff are too helpful and they go beyond to meet expectations. I mentioned bunty and subharam for their Elite level of service.

No sun light inside the room .
During winter rooms are very cold as there are no sun lights.
Old thermal water heater which takes forever to get hot water and you have leave the tap open for 10 mins to 15 mins to get hot water.
