Decent for the price, but would most likely not stay here again as didn't sleep much due to noise
Pros:

Staff was friendly, room was decent

Cons:

Very noisy hotel, could hear conversations from other rooms and hallways. Also was left listening to the people above us walk around all night. Very thin walls makes it hard to sleep when you have to hear everything all night long.

The staff were awesome in long travel days, needs to be easier to book with you.
Pros:

The staff were awesome. I originally used booking.com to find a pet friendly room. I was trying my hardest to google pet friendly hotels in whitecourt and find the in person contact numbers. I called 2 numbers and both were defunct. When I finally got a hold of front desk staff in whitecourt staff recommended I just call direct next time. It's not easy to call direct and just book with quality inn or any hotel. The hotline sucks. Your staff in person or over the phone locally are under utilized in my opinion.

Cons:

breakfast could be better. Staff was always awesome.
