Pros:

The staff were awesome in long travel days, needs to be easier to book with you.
Pros:

The staff were awesome. I originally used booking.com to find a pet friendly room. I was trying my hardest to google pet friendly hotels in whitecourt and find the in person contact numbers. I called 2 numbers and both were defunct. When I finally got a hold of front desk staff in whitecourt staff recommended I just call direct next time. It's not easy to call direct and just book with quality inn or any hotel. The hotline sucks. Your staff in person or over the phone locally are under utilized in my opinion.

Cons:

breakfast could be better. Staff was always awesome.

Pros:

The family suite was very spacious with plenty of bed options. The view and location were great and central.

Cons:

Unfortunately the family suite was on the bottom floor and there is no elevator so lugging all the baby equipment down and up wasn't ideal. Some of the renovations that were done were coming apart (loose floor tiles, caulking peeling/missing, bedroom door did not stay closed)

All in all l enjoyed my stay. Location was good and my room quiet from traffic but walls are thin.
Pros:

Breakfast good variety.

Cons:

Would have been nice for some kind of plates to use. Most people bring snacks.

Very poor experience, absolutely do not recommend
Pros:

Staff was dishonest, I was charged for 2 rooms and did not use 2 rooms. Staff told different stories, refused to return my calls and never issued the refund they told me that they would.
