Did not stay, it was old and dingy. Shower head thick with limescale. So old fashioned. I just couldn't stay there. Moved elsewhere. Can't believe it's rated 4 star. Never in a million years !!

The location was good in relation to the sea, but you could have gotten a hotel for less than this price or the same price.

Cons:

There are too many four-star hotels, it would have been fine for a two-star hotel. You pay four-star money, but the facilities are only for two. For food, you have to walk about 7 minutes for breakfast and dinner. The dinner was terrible, the bed was dirty, which caused back pain.

only good thing was the nightlife down the beach front

Think there is a lot of Germans staying hear claiming all the sunbeds with towels on them all in the mornings then they don't go near em till the afternoon, But the worse thing is having to go to a different hotel for your breakfast and evening meals, You have to go out the hotel down a alley that stinks and is covered in dog Crap, It's everywhere, Cos this one doesn't have a kitchen or dining area, We'll not be back to this hotel very soon very poor.

Très bon emplacement et rapport qualité / prix
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé sur Costa Adeje, proche du port, plages et des commerces permettant de tout faire à pied.
Le personnel d’accueil et femme de ménage très accueillant mais surtout gros coup de cœur pour l’ensemble du personnel au bar et restaurant qui ont été extrêmement souriant et gentil tout au long du séjour !
Le fait que le restaurant ne soit pas situé dans l’hôtel mais dans celui juste à côté n’est pas dérangeant du tout, les petits déjeuner et repas très variés et bons.

Cons:

Chambre assez vielle dans le mobilier, assez peu de rangement. Les lits etant à roulettes bougent énormément la nuit et sont assez bruyant mais restent quand même confortables.
Gros bémol la Clim qui n’est pas réglable et fait vraiment beaucoup de bruit ce qui empêche de bien dormir…
En demi pension, lors des repas du soir aucune boissons ne sont compris il faut donc payer même pour boire de l’eau c’est dommage sachant que le matin des fontaines à eau sont à disposition…

We had a lovely stay, a bit dated but very clean, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was clean.
Staff very friendly, rooms cleaned daily and the location was excellent. Only a few minute walk to marina and sea front.

Cons:

The bed was a little uncomfortable as could have done with another pillow and they also easily moved.

Very friendly staff always happy to go out there way to help you , the complex , pool area was spotless , beautiful surroundings very Spanish feeling. Rooms were cleaned 6 days a week , fresh bedding and towels when needed , lovely pool side bar sold drinks and snacks .

Cons:

No dislikes about the property.
