We had a wonderful stay at this property. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view from the room and patio. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful moonlight reflecting across the sea every evening made our trip truly special.

Cons:

This is not negative comment but just a feedback for host to make the place even better. Some of the things in room were not tidy/neat enough such as the toilet paper hanger on the wall was dangling out and at one point just fell off as the wall had all cracked around the screw, condom wrappers were left by the bed when we checked in and floor seemed a lil worn off. It really didn’t bother us coz we were there for only couple of days and our room got cleaned everyday though.

Amazing
Pros:

The hotel is stunning and the staff is super friendly. They warmly welcomed me and made me feel super comfortable. They upgraded my room and I stayed in a super spacious room with amazing sea view. The pool is stunning and the overall environment is beautiful and relaxing.

Aussergewöhnlich schöne Lage.. Infinitypool mit Blick aufs Meer, super netter Empfang, persönliche und familiäre Atmosphäre.. wir hatten das mega Glück und haben ein gratis Upgrade bekommen, so dass wir unseren privaten Pool hatten.. das kann kaum getoppt werden.. Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal, top Service.. einfach alles toll

Einiges ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.. zB die eine Nachttischlampe ging nicht, der WC-Papier-Halter hat gewackelt.. aber das war alles egal, weil das Gesamtpaket einfach so toll war 🥰

Overall everything was great
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mykonos Pantheon with our family. The hotel offers a beautiful sea view that made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. The room service was excellent throughout our visit, and the breakfast quality was really good with plenty of tasty options every morning.

What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. We arrived very late due to our flight timings, close to midnight, and the team kindly stayed late to make sure we could check in comfortably. That level of hospitality was greatly appreciated after a long journey.

Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its great service, stunning views, and warm atmosphere.

Cons:

Small issue with Mosquitoes which was sorted immediately by the staff member who provided the repellent.

Posizione fuori città ma con una splendida vista sul mare. Zona tranquilla con bar/ristorante a bordo piscina aperto sempre.
Staff disponibile e molto gentile nell’assecondare varie richieste fatte su camera e cibo (donna in gravidanza).
Camera spaziosa pulita e con balcone vista mare, letto molto comodo con differenti tipologie di cuscini.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
A mio parere ottimo per chi ha l’auto a noleggio altrimenti diventa un po’ complicato, noi abbiamo girato comodamente tutta l’isola.

Legit .!! This is one of the best secluded and peaceful places in Mykonos .. and being there for my honeymoon was just magical. I love CJ and Rios .. everyone there was so lovely .. it’s was just perfect

Cons:

The only think I didn’t like was I think the tv in room is too small since the room is big .. it didnt give a good viewing experience and also most of the channels were not working so the entertainment experience wasn’t fun. Cus even my external wasn’t working because no proper audio connection with the tv. Aside that everything was splendid

Feedback Regarding Recent Stay in the Imperial Suite

I had recently booked the Imperial Suite with high expectations based on the visual presentation and overall branding of the property. While the aesthetics and imagery of the hotel were impressive, unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the standards one would anticipate from a suite of this category.

To begin with, the suite did not include a basic dental kit, which is a standard amenity expected in premium accommodations. Additionally, complimentary drinking water was provided only on the first day. For the remaining duration of the stay, we were informed that there would be extra charges per bottle, which was unexpected and disappointing.

Another major concern was the inconsistent availability of hot water, which caused considerable inconvenience. Furthermore, the room lacked adequate lighting, and some of the existing lights were either non-functional or poorly placed, making the space feel dim and less welcoming.

Overall, while the property appears beautiful in images, the on-ground service and amenities left much to be desired. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works toward improving the guest experience to better reflect the premium image being projected.

Todo. No me gustó nada. Es todo muy viejo y estropeado.
La habitación era pequeña, incómoda y se escuchaba todos los ruidos de la gente al pasar. La cama era incómoda, el baño olía mal a tuberías y se salía el agua de la ducha.
El desayuno horrible.
La piscina estaba sucia y las hamacas todas rotas y muy viejas.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick auf Meer ist einfach toll. Sehr nettes Personal.
Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil, wenn man was von der Insel sehen will.
