Очень понравилось. Приветливый персонал. Большая просторная комната. Балкон.
Pros:

Приветливый персонал. Вкусный завтрак и за дополнительную плату ужин. Большая просторная комната, вид на океан и остров Пико. Без доплаты разрешили остаться ещё на 4 часа до рейса. Очень чисто.

Cons:

Гостиница находится на горе и очень тяжело подниматься с набережной. Не хватает овощей на завтрак.

Da localização, das instalações, dos quartos e do pequeno almoço

Cons:

O maior problema era a água. A água não tinha força, corria pouco e quase não dava para os banhos, o que foi bastante desconfortável.
O bar do hotel também não estava a funcionar, o que era de lamentar para um hotel desta qualidade.

Excellent stay - highly recommend!
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good AC, good bathroom/shower facilities, GORGEOUS view, personal balcony.

Cons:

Fridge wasn’t very cold despite lowering temp settings - wasn’t just our fridge as our friends in a separate room had the same issue. Hair dryer was also very weak.

Hotel amb habitacions una mica antiquades, però per una estada de 3 nits està bé. Té un petit parking pels clients. L'esmorzar força bé i abundant. Queda allunyat del passeig marítim, però en 15 minuts arribes a tot arreu.

O hotel tem uma vista excecional para a Horta, Madalena e Pico. O quarto tinha excelentes condições e o pequeno-almoço era muito bom.

Endroit idéal au calme de la ville et très proche malgré tout.
Pros:

L’emplacement d’où la vue sur la ville est magnifique.
La piscine ainsi que les transats et les parasols à disposition.
La réception ouverte 24/24.
Le parking privé.

Kamer had een balkom met prachtig uitzicht. Niet alle kamers zijn misschien zo gunstig gelegen maar 412 zeker wel. Prima ontbijt en fijn zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Eigenlijk gewoon prima verblijf.
