Pros:

早餐不好，感覺多樣化，實際就以菲律賓口味為主，咖啡很難喝，早餐無果汁，小朋友除了麵包外幾乎沒東西可吃... 真的除了飯店地點尚可，其餘真的都不佳

Cons:

感覺是老飯店了，但是硬體都沒在維護，熱水不熱、冰箱不冰、冷氣不冷，大廳櫃台服務態度不佳，叫個計程車等半天，不知道在搞什麼?

The staff was on top.

Cons:

Work on Point: If the customer is taking time then it should be extended an hour up till 1300 hrs/ 1 pm.
Other than that, everything was very good.

Everything apart from the food

Cons:

At breakfast the only thing that was hot was the egg bar . Coffee and rice everything else was really cold hot plates not turned on and despite apologies every morning was the same its a pity because staff are friendly and the place is really clean. Just need to get their act together.

I did not regret staying with Golden Prince; the staffs are friendly and courteous and the overall service is excellent.

Great value, great staff.
Pros:

The hotel was really pleasant. We were only staying a few nights so wanted something that provided good value in a good location and I wasn't disappointed. The rooms were good, if not basic, but that was expected. The staff were great and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good and the buffet room itself, although small, was very nice.

Cons:

There were works happening in the room opposite ours so it got quite noisy one afternoon, although the only reason I was in the room at this time was because I was ill, so would have been out and unbothered otherwise.
