Overall service is slow but it could be improved. Staff were lovely though

It’s near ayala malls, just walking distance.

Cons:

We had to wait for a couple of hours (check in was supposed to be 2pm) before we got to our room. It was okay then we decided to eat while waiting. When we get to our room, it was leaking everywhere and they tried to just fix it but my husband talked to the supervisor because we paid for our room (it was a 2bedroom suite) that was the only time they decided to transfer us to a different room. It was huge, however missing hotel needs were noticed. No extra towels, broken kettle and etc.

I have always liked staying in golden prince because of its proximity and good location to everythin
Pros:

The rooms are clean and sheets were updated, fresh and clean. The towels were also clean and fresh. Food was great as usual but i was hoping for more variety and new additions to the menu. The staff still remembered us from.last time we booked and that's a plus for friendliness and courtesy and for the guests to feel more welcome. Elevator is working well. Parking was a plus. Location is very close to ayala we walk to and fro. 7- 11 is just across that you can buy and very convenient for late night cravings. I have always liked staying in this hotel bec of its proximity and location to everything. I wanted to wish this hotel keep up with the standards and even aim to improve for better facilities, comfort, convenience for their guests stay. I will be sad if you can't keep it up because i am sure your guests will always look for better accomodations and for that you might lose them if you will not keep it up and improve more.

Cons:

I booked the royal 2 bedroom suite but unfortunately they told us we only have the room for a day and not our entire stay because of some internal problem which made us move to another accomodation and have to spend time packing up and moving. It was a hassle and an inconvenience that i hope will be avoided. Plus, the room they moved us didnt have smart tv for netflix and youtube, etc which was important for entertainment and in which was included in my request when booking.There were no extra hand towels and no face towels in our room in which i needed to call and ask for them. The shower drain wasn't working in the first accomodation we have. Have to call for staff to unclog the drain after i showered at 2am.So, it was a hassle too. Supplies, toiletres should be stocked for the number of days a guest will stay to eliminate countless requests of asking to replenish them. The kitchen is not well equipped for 4 occupants. There are only 2 cups, 2 glasses. Not enough or lacking in spoons, forks, no table knife. No kitchen towel, no soap or dish soap and scrub. The ref wasnt cooling up and had an old moldy smell.

Pros:

Le personnel est incroyable, et le petit déjeuner est large et varié. Très bien situé, juste en face du meilleur restaurant de Cebu (House of Lechon) et à environ 30 minutes à pied du centre.

Dépanne bien pour une nuit
Pros:

Simple hôtel correct pour son prix mais nous y sommes restés qu’une nuit.
Lit confortable, placé dans la chambre, pas trop de monde
À 20min du port

Cons:

Une chambre qui donne sur la rue, ultra bruyante avec des motos qui accélèrent toute la nuit
Choix du petit déjeuner moyen
