Die Lage ist einfach super. Betten bequem. Personal super lieb und hilfsbereit. Kleinere probleme wurden sofort behoben. Die Klimaanlage war für uns nicht stark genug. Bei dem Regal/Schreibtisch, wäre noch super wenn noch 2 regale drinnen wären (wir waren aber sehr lange mit viele sachen, mit weniger sachen reicht es)

Pokój który dostaliśmy na początku wyglądał zupełnie inaczej niż na zdjęciu, z klimatyzacji wydobywał się dziwny zapach ale po poinformowaniu recepcji dostaliśmy inny pokój:)) Także bardzo na plus
Kolejnym minusem jest brak odpowiedzi od hotelu po wylaniu im kilku wiadomości na whats up i na booking.

aucun personnel ne vous accueille et vous ne pouvez demander conseil à personne car il n’y a personne..sauf au moment du petit déjeuner mais à partir de 12h plus personne j’ai trouvé ça un peu particulier..à l’arrivée nous avons du appeler l’hôtel pour avoir un code pour ouvrir la porte d’entrée et nos clés était posée sur une table dans l’hôtel certes nous sommes arrivés tard mais nous avions prévenu lors de la réservation, les autres personnes arrivés plus tard dans la semaine on eu le même traitement c’est un peu particulier en tout cas je n’avais jamais vu ça avant, la non présence de personnel rend sûrement la tâche compliquée pour quelqu’un qui n’est pas à l’aise avec son téléphone et la technologie pour trouver une solution pour rentrer dans l’hôtel. la salle de bain était mal nettoyée et les serviettes tachées il y avait aussi de la moisissure dans la douche
We had an amazing 11 days stay at Hostal Balanca , and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Even before our arrival, the hotel contacted us to make sure everything was well arranged and to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca.
Our room was spotless, very well maintained, and comfortably air-conditioned. The cleaning staff were extremely organized and did a great job throughout our stay.
I highly recommend booking the breakfast as well. It’s lovely, you can really enjoy the vibes , and the prices are very good for the quality and experience.
I have stayed in many hotels and hostels in different places, but what truly made this stay special was the staff, especially Lenka . She made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. She was always friendly, welcoming, and in the best mood when dealing with guests
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and would happily stay here again
Posizione comoda alla spiaggia, parcheggio libero lungo le vie adiacenti, zona tranquilla, vicina a tutto
Reception presente solo al mattino, abbiamo avuto un problema con la perdita di acqua in bagno dal piano superiore e hanno mandato la signora delle pulizie che a gesti ci ha spiegato che il tecnico sarebbe arrivato al mattino successivo, ho poi richiamato il numero di "assistenza" ma non mi ha risposto mai più nessuno. Per scusarci ci hanno offerto la colazione per due giorni su cinque. La stanza è piuttosto piccola e ci sono molte formiche.

Lenka, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The view was absolutely wonderful as well.
We were also able to rent beach towels, which were replaced with fresh, clean ones every morning. There were also beach umbrellas available to take with us, which was a really thoughtful and convenient touch.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and felt very well taken care of. We would definitely recommend this place!

La posizione è ottima e i letti sono comodi. Si ha la possibilità di utilizzare netflix sulla smart tv.
Gli scarichi sono un po' lenti e la finestra non isola completamente i rumori dall'esterno. L'isolamento acustico delle stanze non è dei migliori. Avevo prenotato una mansarda (per non avere sopra nessuno) che poi si è scoperto non esistere in questo hotel (?). Per fortuna siamo stati spostati all'ultimo piano (rinunciando a doppia stanza con cucina) per poter riposare meglio. La spiaggia è molto vicina anche se per la parte più bella consiglio di camminare un po'.
