Important information:

Children aged 15 and under are not allowed in the spa and the wellness centre.

Outdoor parking is free, subject to availability (cannot be reserved). A garage space is available for €10 per night and must be reserved in advance by email.

Please note that the wellness and spa centre are open from 13:00 until 22:00 on Tuesdays.

Please note that a only small and medium breeds of dogs are allowed and must be confirmed in advance by phone or e-mail.
Please note that a stay with a small and medium-sized dog up to 15 kg is possible only in a Double room - Log cabin.

Extra beds and cots for children under 15 are available upon request.

Sauna, pool, food, forest

Cons:

Everything. I would especially like to highlight Ivan and Richard. They are wonderful staff members who are always eager to help and go above and beyond to make guests’ stays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! I wish every hotel had employees like them!

Comfortable hotel in forest with outstanding services! The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive—true professionals in their field. A large, high-quality wellness center and a very nice hotel interior. The food was also very good, both in the restaurant and for breakfast. This is a hotel you simply must visit. It’s also worth mentioning the beautiful surroundings and the many options for day trips.

Mala som od tohto hotela väčšie očakávania, ale myslím si, že v súčasnej dobe ťaží zo svojho mena, pretože úroveň ubytov
Pros:

Vstupná hala, umiestnenie hotela v prírodnom prostredí, wellness naozaj krásny (aj keď škoda že akurát prerabali vnútorný bazén a vírivku).

Cons:

Myslím si že vybavenie izby má už najlepšie roky za sebou, čo sa týka nábytku. Oba vankúše preležané, vnútro v hrčiach, takže ma ráno bolel krk a hlava. Kúpeľňový hygienicky set - 1 krabička prázdna, v druhej 1 použitá palička do uší a nič ďalšie. Klimatizácia rachotila, bola hlučná, čiže som ju musela mať vypnutú a mala som otvorené okno.

Je rozdiel medzi cenou a hodnotou.V tomto prípade je medzi týmito hodnotami značný nepomer.Inšpirovali sme sa uverejnenými recenziami .Asi sme navštívili iný rezort.
Precestovali sme takmer celú Európu a Slovensko poznáme dobre.
Len stručne:Bezpohlavný hotel.Žiadna pridaná hodnota.Slečna na recepcii (s cudzokrajným akcentom bez iniciatívy) nás prinútila po niekoľkých márnych pokusoch cez ich aplikáciu sa registrovať cez booking o 56 eur drahšie..
Izba čistá,hlučná klimatizácia a na privítanie za premrštenú cenu by sa hodila flaška vody mimo baru.
Údajná super kuchyňa a gastronomický zážitok spočíval v priemernych raňajkách a nechutnej večery podávanej formou švedskych stolov..Na gumené kuracie prsia v pofidérnej omáčke a 2mm rezne s hrubou krustou radšej rýchlo zabudnúť.
Saunový svet oproti Permonu,Popradu,Tatralandii , Bešeňovej resp.poľským rezortom je ako Trabant a BMW.Sú to obidve nemecké značky ale s inou kvalitou..Žiadna voda na pitie .Iba na objednávku za peniaze.Na záhrade jedna veľká vaňa pre cca 5 osôb.Zakalená voda s vôňou chlôru..Velký bazén sa opravuje ,5 kabíniek na saunovanie a odpočivareň kde bolo chladno neevokuje"najlepší saunový rezort na Slovensku."
Hotel má už svoje najlepšie roky za sebou.
Nové vedenenie a nejaké investície snáď niečo zachránia.
Celkovo veľké sklamanie.Za rakúske ceny balkánska kvalita.(ale tak pred dekádou)
