A lovely cozy and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Wonderful environment, just a gem.

Cons:

A bit more flexibility in the breakfast menu would be nice. We wanted to order the rice pancakes for my 11 year old daughter which were only available in the kids menu. She was too old for that, which we understood, but we were happy to pay adult price for the same serve. However that could not be accommodated.

Pros:

I’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy coming back. It’s in one of my favorite neighborhoods, and I really like the hotel’s style and atmosphere. I especially appreciate that they have vegan options on the menu, which isn’t always easy to find.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, too. I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again next time!

キレイな施設です
Pros:

ギリギリの時間にタクシーでチェックインでしたが快く応じていただけました　施設も清潔で共用部が広々としていて良かったです　朝食も良かったです

Cons:

ギリギリのチェックインで深夜だったので静かにロッカーなども使いシャワーへ行く身支度をしたかったですが、室内の灯りを直ぐに消せと言われ、ベッドのヘッドライトだけでは危なくて大変でした　イベントで夜が遅く自宅に帰れないための宿泊には不向きだったかもしれません

雖然有點距離但很舒適！
Pros:

床很舒服以外，空間不會太擁擠，整體睡眠品質非常好👍🏻

Cons:

若有人在陽台抽煙時會有噪音，以及距離上野車站有段距離，其他的都很好
