Hôtel exceptionnel
Pros:

Excellent séjour. Le personnel était prévenant et agréable en toutes circonstances : on nous a notamment aidé à remplir le bordereau de takkyubin pour transférer nos bagages vers notre hôtel suivant.

Les commodités de l'hôtel sont nombreuses, avec un lounge accessible en permanence et un restaurant de très bonne qualité. La pratique de la bière gratuite à un certain horaire le soir favorise la convivialité et nous a permis d'échanger avec des Japonais de passage.

La chambre était adaptée à nos besoins, correctement climatisée, et le frigo miniature était utile.

Le quartier est résidentiel et très calme, mais l'arrêt de métro Nezu sur la ligne Chiyoda à quelques minutes à pied permet de se rendre partout. Le parc d'Ueno est tout proche, et le quartier offre de nombreuses options pour se restaurer.

Clean and artsy.
Pros:

I loved the art and common areas. It had great amenities to use. I got a brush and mouth wash.

Cons:

Bunk beds are just noises and it’s not a mattress it’s more like a thick comforter which is not thick enough to side sleep.

It was comfortable and good.
Pros:

The location and the facilities were good. The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from Nezu Station.

I stayed in a 4-person room. Towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, earplugs, and slippers were provided free of charge. There was also a lockable locker for luggage and hangers for your clothes.

The beds were generally comfortable and clean. There were shared bathrooms and toilets on every floor. The bathroom you use does not have to be on the same floor as your room; it can be on the floor above or below. For example, the women’s bathroom was one floor above the floor where I stayed. The kitchen and common area were spacious and comfortable. The common area had a pool table, a foosball table, a TV, and a small bookshelf.

There is a nice terrace on the top floor. On some days, they have movie nights there and offer free drinks. There is also a small and nice café where you can have breakfast or enjoy a drink.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a charming, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of a metro station, Ueno Park, as well as numerous restaurants and shops.
The rooms are compact, as is common in Tokyo, but very practical and well designed. As a family of three, we stayed for five nights and found the space perfectly manageable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were excellent, with four set options to choose from each day, accompanied by yogurt with granola and a small salad. We also appreciated the possibility of ordering other meals during the day.
The coffee served at the hotel was outstanding, and we loved being able to purchase some of their products on-site. We especially recommend their signature diffuser oil blend, which has a wonderful scent and makes for a great souvenir.
The common areas were very pleasant and inviting, particularly the space with children's books and a play corner, as well as the lounge area with table football and comfortable sofas.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Friendly and comfortable!
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast options and super friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our baggage there in the morning before check-in and after check-out until our flight at night. The bedroom was nice with all the amenities expected and the bed was comfortable. Friendly space as lounge as well with a kitchen and fridges.

Cons:

Honestly pretty satisfied, have no complaints.
