O Hotel esta completamente largado. Apareceu barata no meu quarto. Tomadas dos anos 40. Tive que brigar para conseguir um adaptador. A recepção mal instruída. Com acumulo de pessoas chegando e uma pessoa atendendo e a outra grampeando papel. Sala de jogos completamente largada sem manutenção.

O hotel é incrível, quanto a localização, conforto e principalmente a piscina, funcionários atenciosos, o espaço de área verde belíssima com a pista de caminhada.

Cons:

Só uma observação, a academia poderia ter mais algumas opções de aparelhos.

Pros:

Atendimento do pessoal, localização do Hotel, a prestação de serviço em um todo

Cons:

A tv nao era smart, ache o piso dosi corredores que da acesso aos quartos com carpete envelhecido e nao estava tão limpo. Dentro dos quartos achei que poderiam modernizar, instalações e móveis.

Ótimo custo x benefício para estar em um lugar maravilhoso como Canela.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente. O café da manhã maravilhoso. A equipe foi prestativa quando acionada. A área verde é espetacular. A piscina, área de brinquedos, muito espaçosa.

Cons:

Alguns detalhes nos quartos e banheiros demonstram necessidade de reforma, assim como o aspecto geral do hotel. A área de estacionamento poderia ser melhor fiscalizada, pois muitos não respeitam as áreas amarelas.

Café da manhã, limpeza, funcionários

Cons:

Devido a problemas com a lavanderia, acredito que por conta do hotel estar cheio, faltaram nos dois primeiros dias, toalhas de banho.
