Amazing Service
Pros:

Great location and excellent rooms with plenty of room and very comfortable bedding, rooms are quiet, when you want to sleep late .
The breakfast was amazing every morning with a large variety of food for all cultures, and especially the avocado on toast is the best I have tasted , beautifully prepared and served to your table by Chef Fabb, I travel the world, and this fresh prepared breakfast was fresh and tasty every day.
Chef Fabb is an amazing chef and his service to please is what made the experience, great.
All the staff were polite, accommodating and there to help you with everything you need.
Highly recommend, and will stay here on future visits .

A big thank you to Chef Fadd at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road! He was incredibly warm and attentive throughout our breakfast experience. He kindly gave an oat bar to my daughter, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He also took the time to ask how we would like our eggs prepared and cooked them exactly to our preference. His friendliness and excellent service made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Chef Fadd, for going the extra mile and making our stay even more enjoyable! 😊

We had a very pleasant stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road Singapore. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The suites are spacious and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The breakfast was one of the highlights. There was a wide variety of food with both local and international options, and everything was fresh and delicious. What impressed us the most was the warm hospitality from the breakfast team. Special thanks to Chef Amir and Chef Liza, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted guests with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome and went the extra mile to ensure everyone enjoyed their breakfast.

Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the staff made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

朝食は品数は少なかったけどとても美味しかった。掃除をしてくれるスタッフの方が朝きっちり時間通りに来てくれるのでありがたかった。トラブルに合った時もフロントのスタッフが対処してくれてありがたかった。レストランのスタッフもタイミングを見計らってお皿を下げてくれてどの方もプロフェッショナルでした。部屋の設備も揃っていて、蛇口をひねれば飲めるお水も出てくるので良かったです

別にないが、周囲が工事中なので最初に行く時に道がわかりにくいかもしれない。ホテルに原因がある訳ではないので仕方ない

Pros:

We had our staycation on the 15th June and it was and amazing stay! Staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Special thanks to Rakin for the complimentary breakfast and birthday cake set up in our room. Also to Liyana, thank you for asking us if we enjoyed our stay because we certainly did! Will definitely come back.
