Easy checkin, close to Nicoll MRT, on the doorstep of Kampong Glam and all its restaurants, great views and excellent rooftop pool. The breakfast was all you would expect from an international hotel, we love this hotel.

The rooms were quite modern and clean.
The entry, foyer and dining areas were terrible. Small awkward and never enough chairs or food at the breakfast buffet. Location not great.
This is a nice apart-hotel! We booked the one bedroom suite and were upgraded to the executive suite which was lovely! The room was great with lovely furnishings and big enough for 2 adults to live for a week comfortably! The staff were also so accommodating as we’d forgotten our travel adapters back home and they provided us with 3 for the whole week we were there, which was nice. The rooftop pool is fantastic with a decent enough view of the city skyline. They provide robe and slippers to get around which is a nice touch!
They also offer a free shuttle to some key areas which was nice! The driver was supposed to take us to Vivocity where we were going to catch the train to Sentosa, but he was so nice he took us right up to the cable car in Faber Sentosa, which was nice! Another great touch to the guest’s experience!
Marking a star down because the corridor carpets seemed shabby and worn out! One area looked like it had vomit and it stayed that way our entire trip! We had to pass it each day and I was surprised management hadn’t either covered it up or just put a whole new carpet! Also shocking was the executive suite had no dish washer! I’d expect such a fine establishment to have dishwashers in the rooms! So we had to hand wash each time we used the items!
Also one concern was on one day my husband woke up to hear voices in our room. When he opened our bedroom door he found 4 men working on some ceiling item and painting! That was very concerning cause the hotel didn’t call or even ask us if that was ok! I cant imagine how terrifying that would have been if I’d been on my own as a woman waking up to such a sight! That wasn’t cool and the hotel should know better to consult guests if they plan on having works done!
The complimentary breakfast was alright, the basics nothing fancy! But the breakfast room is quite small and tables were cramped next to each other, you had to squeeze past just to get out!
The staff were all friendly and helpful whenever we asked for assistance! All in all a great stay, just a few kinks they should iron out with the old carpeting!
The cleaning staff and the reception staff were very friendly, polite and efficient.
Breakfast manager "spying" over her staff behind a curtain. The AC was a little too cold at breakfast (you still have to brave the outdoor heat and the difference between a high outdoor temperature and a very low AC is not helping the body to adjust).

Great location and excellent rooms with plenty of room and very comfortable bedding, rooms are quiet, when you want to sleep late .
The breakfast was amazing every morning with a large variety of food for all cultures, and especially the avocado on toast is the best I have tasted , beautifully prepared and served to your table by Chef Fabb, I travel the world, and this fresh prepared breakfast was fresh and tasty every day.
Chef Fabb is an amazing chef and his service to please is what made the experience, great.
All the staff were polite, accommodating and there to help you with everything you need.
Highly recommend, and will stay here on future visits .
