Very nice, clean place. The kids loved the pool.

Cons:

If I had to list something it would be paying for parking when we already paid for a room to be there. Other than that, no complaints - that really isn't a complaint just thought it wasn't necessary when staying there.

Pros:

Samantha and Sasha Kay have been so wonderful to us during our stay. Whenever we needed help they provided us with the answer. This week has been very stressful since we were here for the One Up Cheer Competition, but the one thing that wasn’t stressful was our stay. This was all due to the hospitality the staff provided. Definitely would recommend to stay here and it’s super close to the airport. 😃

Love the hard work!
Pros:

Samantha and Sasha Kay have taken great care of us. We flew in for a cheer competition and had so many questions and they had all the answers and welcomed us with a warm smile and positive attitude. Cant wait to come here again! Amazing hospitality!

The moment I entered I felt welcome and belong,I was early and Samantha helped me big time to checked in early.Not only that the young lady went above and beyond from begin to end to ensure my stay was what I paid for and to be honest would even worth more.Samantha top notch service,I love this location from now on.Thanks to the security for letting me felt safe if my memory serves me right he said his name was Kenroy.Samantha your a diamond at Home2Suites blessings and continue shining.

I love every moment of my stay,my greatest part was the customer service from Samantha at the front desk.Very rear now we find this service and I hope you all promote her or something.Ms Samantha continue on this same path your success is very near young lady.Overall great staffs.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a great stay. Room was comfortable and had a full fridge/freezer, hot plate stove, microwave and dishes. Pull out couch in the room, but we just slept on the couch. A/C was nice and cold, breakfast was delicious (get the croissants!). Location was fabulous and just 15 minutes to the event we were in town for at the Fairgrounds. Hotel also had several patio areas with fire pits and grills. Best of all there was very little airport noise due to being on the descent path!

Amazing
Pros:

832 royal prkwy is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, it’s at the end of a cul-de-sac which is great because there’s no traffic and quiet. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and they just make you feel like you’re part of the family. An especially big thank you to Samantha B. At front desk. Always super helpful and out going, definitely knows how to make you feel welcome and brighten up the day!
It’ll be sad when we go to check out but at least I know what hotel to come back too!

Maria and Samantha was awesome,the entire team is great.I watched them worked very hard while the team was there.Super hero’s well done.The manager Sari I over heard her asking if everyone was okay.Diana,Ricardo,Sheron,amol was also great.Tumps up to the housekeeping manager tyeisha.Thanks Kenroy the security for helping with my luggage and watching my car all night because my car key was lost and couldn’t look.Thanks to the entire team oh also Sasha Kay.
