The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the rooms on 7th and 8th floor might experience some noise disturbances due to the music played in the roof top bar. Children under 14 years of age use the services of Sense Wellness only during below hours and if accompanied by a supervising adult and only during the specified hours. Available Hours for children under the age of 14 are Monday - Sunday – 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Children under 14 years are allowed to use the swimming pool, hot and cold tubs. Children under 14 years are not allowed to use other spa facilities. The use is entirely at the responsibility and risk of the accompanying adult and Sense Wellness cannot be held liable for any injuries/endangerment of the child’s health and safety. For children under 2 years of age, wearing a diaper is mandatory when visiting. Prior reservation is required to secure a table at the Rooftop Bar.

I recently stayed at SENSE Hotel in Sofia and had mixed feelings about the experience. The hotel has a lot going for it, particularly its modern design, fantastic views and excellent changing facilities in the Spa, but several issues prevented the stay from feeling truly premium.
The room itself was stylish and comfortable, with a large double bed facing floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and a beautiful view of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The furniture was modern and sleek, and the large TV was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the room also had a few shortcomings. Road noise on the fourth floor was quite loud and disturbing, affecting sleep, and the soundproofing could definitely be improved. Light also seeped through the blinds at night, which was another annoyance. The air conditioning was somewhat weak and even at 16°C struggled to cool the room properly, although the temperature remained reasonably comfortable.
The bathroom had a powerful shower with plenty of hot water, but the shower door leaked from the bottom, leaving the floor wet after every shower. There were also no face towels, making it difficult to keep the basin area dry.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. On arrival, there were towels for only one person despite the room being booked for two. I had to ask twice before another set was delivered. On another occasion, housekeeping actually removed a set of towels rather than replacing them. This suggests the cleaning team could benefit from better training and more consistent standards.
The spa facilities were pleasant, although there are some limitations. The pool only opens from 9am to 9pm, which is disappointing for early risers who would like to swim before breakfast. The sauna and steam room are small but nice. The 38°C hot tub was relaxing, although it has no jets, so a proper jacuzzi would have been a welcome addition. There is also a 27°C cold tub.
The room was spacious with amazing views. The pool and spa area was great too. The food in the rooftop bar was delicious and staff was very attentive.

Tolle Rooftop-Bar, aber abends eher exklusiv, für einen Kaffee oder Aperitif perfekt.
Fabelhaftes Frühstück, und Slavka vom Bar-Team ist ganz wunderbar und lässt ihre Gäste sich willkommmen fühlen.
Schöner Pool, mit Sauna, Gym nicht genutzt aber sah großzügig angelegt aus.
Habe in dem Bett wunderbar geschlafen, schön viele Kissen vorhanden.
Ablage in der Dusche wäre praktisch.
Preise in der Mini-Bar etwas zu hoch m. E., aber das ist jedem selbst überlassen.
Öffnungszeiten Spa (9am-9pm) könnte etwas früher sein, sofass man noch vor dem Frühstück schwimmen könnte.

lo staff molto giovane e non formatissimo per un 5 stelle a mio avviso, i ragazzi più attenti mentre le ragazze un po' meno. Nulla di grave, ma ecco ho trovato alcune di loro poco attente. Wifi non esistente praticamente almeno nella mia camera
La chambre "deluxe" était magnifique avec la vue sur la cathédrale.
Le personnel était disponible et le spa très agréable !
