Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the rooms on 7th and 8th floor might experience some noise disturbances due to the music played in the roof top bar. Children under 14 years of age use the services of Sense Wellness only during below hours and if accompanied by a supervising adult and only during the specified hours. Available Hours for children under the age of 14 are Monday - Sunday – 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Children under 14 years are allowed to use the swimming pool, hot and cold tubs. Children under 14 years are not allowed to use other spa facilities. The use is entirely at the responsibility and risk of the accompanying adult and Sense Wellness cannot be held liable for any injuries/endangerment of the child’s health and safety. For children under 2 years of age, wearing a diaper is mandatory when visiting. Prior reservation is required to secure a table at the Rooftop Bar.
Deposit of 50 EUR per guest per day for eventual extras will be requested at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

We booked with 2 bookings. 1st night with delux double room. 3 nights with superior twin room.

3. Bright and spacious bathroom and bathroom table&mirror, including nice rainshower
Free entrance for spa (include bathrope, towel, water and the facilities), swimming pool and gym for hotel guest
5. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Abigail at reception desk

Cons:

1. On our first night on the twinroom, the lamp next to the bed was dimmed and there was no replacement and we need to wait until the next day.
2. On our last night at the hotel, we went back to the room and found out the our room was messy. The beds wasn't tidied up. The cups and glasses, hairdryer was just left at the table. The blankets were not tucked into the bed. They were just left messy on the bed.
It seems the housekeeper was in hurry or just half way.
3. Breakfast can be better.
4. Bed was not as comfortable as before.
5. The steps on the ground floor to go to elevator. It is not handy when you come with big suitcase
6. The touch button at elevator. Took couple times efforts before it works.
7. The therapist who did the facial seems doesnt understand that massage for the face should be gwntle and not the same strength as the whole body massage.
8. The price. This wasnt my first stay at Sense Hotel.
After Bulgaria applied EUR, the price of the hotel also increase a lot, almost double than the competitor four star hotel in the neighbourhood.

In the past when I stayed at Sense Hotel, I had better experience, better breakfast quality and variety, better bed and better service
