Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the rooms on 7th and 8th floor might experience some noise disturbances due to the music played in the roof top bar. Children under 14 years of age use the services of Sense Wellness only during below hours and if accompanied by a supervising adult and only during the specified hours. Available Hours for children under the age of 14 are Monday - Sunday – 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Children under 14 years are allowed to use the swimming pool, hot and cold tubs. Children under 14 years are not allowed to use other spa facilities. The use is entirely at the responsibility and risk of the accompanying adult and Sense Wellness cannot be held liable for any injuries/endangerment of the child’s health and safety. For children under 2 years of age, wearing a diaper is mandatory when visiting. Prior reservation is required to secure a table at the Rooftop Bar.

Hotel is not clean , hotel staff are slow and dont care , bad service , facilities not well managed . Not recommended at all for family

Pros:

Outstanding the best view of the cathedral from their roof bar and from higher floor rooms. The spa is a lovely feature, breakfast is good, but not as good as Hyatt Regency’s. What’s amazing are the two restaurants Asian and Mediterranean in house, absolutely great!

Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always did their best to accommodate our special requests whenever possible. We also enjoyed the well-equipped and pleasant gym.

Cons:

The rooftop bar was extremely overpriced for what it offered. We paid €14 for a single cappuccino that was only average, and the service was disappointing—the staff were not welcoming, showed little patience when we asked about the menu or drinks, and the prices were among the highest we encountered during our stay with no value to justify them. It was also disappointing that hotel guests couldn’t simply enjoy a reasonably priced coffee without paying so much. Additionally, there was a noticeable cigarette smell in the elevator, the jacuzzi was much colder than expected (closer to 34–35°C than the advertised 37°C), and the pool contained too much chlorine.

Ο κ. Στέργιος ο οποίος είναι υπεύθυνος για το παρκινγκ των αυτοκινήτων και με βοήθησε σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα.

Cons:

Και τα δύο μπουρνούζια που υπήρχαν στο δωμάτιο μου, ήταν λερωμένα με μακιγιάζ και όχι μόνο. Τα φωτογράφησα και τα έδειξα στη ρεσεψιόν φεύγοντας. Το θέμα το πέρασαν αδιάφορα. Επίσης το ανώστρωμα στο κρεβάτι ήταν ανύπαρκτο και απλά διακοσμητικό. Στο μπαρ ήταν δύσκολο να συνεννοηθούμε με μια κοπέλα η οποία μας εκνεύρισε όλους, που ανεβήκαμε για ποτό το βράδυ, και οι επιλογές ήταν πολύ περιορισμένες σε κλασσικά ποτά. Δεν πήρε κανείς αυτό που ήθελε, διότι ή δεν καταλάβαινε τι της ζητούσαμε, ή δεν το είχαν. Το ποτό το χρεώνουν 18 ευρώ χωρίς καν να προσφέρουν ξηρούς καρπούς.

Thoughtful design, excellent staff, fantastic restaurant and rooftop bar.
Pros:

Location and view were superb. The design of the hotel was beautiful. When we were there on the weekend, the street was blocked off to traffic, so it was very quiet. Drop off was only a few steps away. Can easily walk to the pedestrian zone with shops and eateries.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like.
