Our room was large and very nice. Bathroom was wonderful, also spacious. We were right off the elevator, so made it very convenient. And I was able to open the windows some for fresh air!!! We took advantage of the underground garage. THere's charge, but they offset it with casino/restaurant/bar discounts. We really enjoyed talking to the fesk person. She was wonderfu!
Maybe open the windows a little more? Understand the reasoning of blocking it, but just a little more would be great for people like me.

The beds were not soft like other hotels and the pillows were quite bad. The air conditioner cuts in and out all night right next to where you sleep. It disturbs your sleep.

The front desk charged me twice for my stay. It was done in 3 different charges to my card - all different amounts. The total was $1000 in over charges. I even showed the front desk I had paid for the whole stay already - by a credit card screenshot - and she still continued to charge me. I had to ask twice to have the overage removed and that took almost my entire stay to get resolved. No apology whatsoever. It was a very frustrating experience and put a bit of a downer on my vacation.
This is a beautiful hotel, in an awesome location with an absolutely fabulous pool.
I have never scored a hotel a 1 - but this $1000 overcharge was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a front desk.

The toilet was for younger teenagers it was very very low to the floor and not safe for older adults. No instructions for internet TV, lighting very poor in microwave and coffee pot area. The toilet paper was very very very low quality and not really very healthy. There was a free breakfast available and really was not up to date with modern times. Lots of bagels and powdered eggs... and no pancake or waffle machine. And coffee ☕️ quality... it really didn't even tast like coffee. Very poor quality 😢 😕

Goed hotel. Prima voorzieningen. Voor de deur trolleybus naar centrum. Lekker bed.
Ontbijt tot 9 uur en dan echt niets meer te krijgen. De kosten voor parkeren waardoor je naar het casino moet.
Staff was excellent. Housekeeping does a great job maintaining the facility. Breakfast was fresh every morning.

It was close to everything
The parking was a nightmare. Double queen rooms was tiny. The beds was against the walls. You had to shimmy in the bathroom to close the door. Breakfast was very basic and the attendant didn’t care.
