I've Reported the problems of the room I've stayed in.

Television does not work in the room. Roaches were in the bathroom!

Staff accused me of doing things I didn’t do.
Pros:

I was accused of breaking the door , which I did not do. I was stuck in the room because of this and had to crawl out through the window. Not cool !!!

That they didn't mind my dogs being there no charge and they didn't really bother me and my family they did have nice staff

Cons:

They moved me to a room that didn't have beds that are comfortable the walls where really dirty and just really uncomfortable i really don't want to talk bad about it but i was really uncomfortable in one of the rooms
