Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Es sollten jedoch größere Tabletts vorhanden sein oder der Wagen für das benutzte Geschirr sollte den kleinen Tabletts
entsprechend umgerüstet werden. Es kam jeden Morgen vor, dass einem Gast beim Einräumen des benutzen Geschirrs in
den Geschirrwagen Geschirr runter viel, weil die kleinen Tabletts ungeeignet dafür sind.

Pros:

Ich bin ja gefragt worden, wie mir der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Ich wollte einen Flug mit dem Zeppelin machen. Der ist zweimal abgesagt worden. Jedes Mal umsonst zum Abflugpunkt gefahren und relativ viel Zeit versch...en.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, an erster Stelle die italienische Rezeptionistin, die mir wertvolle Tipps - für eine Pizzeria - gegeben hat meine Kühlakkus eingefroren hat.
Sehr freundlich war auch das Team, das für die Zimmerreinigung zuständig war.
Die Mannschaft beim Frühstück zeigt sich sehr anstellig. Sobald jemand fertig ist und seinen Platz verlässt, wird der Tisch schon auf Hochglanz poliert.

So gesehen Kompliment an das Hotelmanagement, mit dem ich persönlich zwar nichts zu tun hatte, das den Laden aber eins a führt.

Ich war mit dem Auto dort. Gut, das kostet pro Tag noch einmal 10 Euro extra. Aber man kommt überall gut hin und kann mit dem Lift von der Tiefgarage direkt zu den Zimmern hinauffahren.

Zimmer sauber, Frühstück opulent, Personal freundlich. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr, sehr weich. Mit ist eine harte Matratze lieber mit einem festen Federkern und kompakter Polsterung.
In diesem Bett liegt man in der Matratze, nicht auf der Matratze.

Das Frühstücksbeffet war sehr lecker. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen. Sehr positiv fand ich auch, dass das komplette Hotel klimatisiert ist.

Cons:

Es war mit der Schlüsselkartenausgabe beim Selbst-Chec-In etwas verwirrend.

Die Übernachtung war gut, das Frühstück wurde aus Zeitgründen nicht in Anspruch genommen.
Pros:

Zimmer und Betten waren über den Erwartungen. Die Lage der Zimmer war gut, es war ruhig. Der gute Eindruck hat einen weiteren Besuch sehr wahrscheinlich gemacht.

Cons:

Die Vorratshaltung (der Bar). Fast alle Angebote der (nervigen!!) digitalen Karte waren nicht verfügbar weil nicht auf Lager. Wenn schon digital, dann sollte das Angebot wenigstens aktuell sein - auch wenn sich das Personal sehr bemüht hat, einen adequaten Ersatz zu finden. Das geht deutlich besser!

Freundliches & gutes Hotel
Pros:

Ein modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Man sieht sehr gut bei diesem Hotel, dass es in moderaten Abständen immer wieder modernisiert wird. Die Lobby ist sehr einladend gestaltet. Die Betten sind bequem, auch die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Die Tiefgarage ist gut zu befahren.

Cons:

Den Hotelpreis finden wir einwenig zu teuer!

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Mit ÖPNV war man schnell in der Stadt bzw am Hafen. Zimmer okay. Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Keine Zahnputzbecher, keine wirklich bequeme Matrazen, Parkplatzsituation leider im Normalfall nur mit Tiefgarage und 10 € am Tag. In der Nähe kaum Parkmöglichkeiten.
