Pros:

Overcharged for parking and I can’t seem to get the matter resolved. No one understands what I am telling them. 85.00 was charged to my room for NO reason!

Awesome staff and location but parking and pool a bummer.
Pros:

Location to Fenway. Valet parking. Rooms clean. Service was amazing. Staff so polite and helpful.

Cons:

Eggs are always bad at Marriot. Pool was tiny and no hot tub. Parking was easy but too expensive.

Service and location were good.

Cons:

There was damage to the refrigerator door when we got into the room. I never said anything about it, but I should have. approximately 10 days later there was a $30 dollar charge to my card. I reached out to them but never heard back.
