The location and breakfasts were exceptional but water pressure in the shower. You have to fix it.

Low water pressure in the shower. I forgot my prescription, sunglasses and glasses and nobody found them. I tried the lost and found try the main desk. The glasses Weren’t returned, even though I left them in the room a week prior

Cons:

Derde bed was niet opgemaakt, en moesten we zelf doen. De popcorn lag nog in de bed bank. Zwembad viel tegen en erg koud. De meeste dagen werd het ontbijt geserveerd met wegwerp plastic, zeer milieuonvriendelijk. Parkeren was duur.

Very disappointed - overpriced and lacking attention to detail - good breakfast though.
Pros:

Convenience and location was very good as we attended a few red sox baseball games.

Cons:

Price was ridiculously high to stay here. Two 12 ounce beers at the rooftop lounge was $22! Higher than inside the baseball stadium. When I pulled out a $20. bill to pay, the person said "Oh, you're going to need more than that"! They just raised the prices again! Stayed in room 609, main tv did not work, bathroom sink light did not work, wanted to leave the car at the hotel lot but was told it was $85 during a game event! Moved the car to a $55. lot to help pay for our $22. overpriced bar bill. I've been a Marriott Bonvoy member for years which is why I chose this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Very clean hotel , walking distance to Fenway. Great night of sleep!
Pros:

We love how close it is to Fenway. Always one of our favorite spots to stay when we are in the city for a game.

Cons:

The bar was only open 5-10pm and the drinks were extremely expensive. Other than that we love this hotel

Beautiful stay for our daughter’s graduation.
Pros:

The location is excellent and in walking distance to the green line.

Cons:

I did not like that our room 522 had very hot water in the sink by the bathroom. No adjustment helped it bring down the temperature to warm. Either it was too hot or cold.

Pros:

The location was great for going to see a Red Sox game. The breakfast was pretty good. I miss the bacon. They only had sausage today.

Cons:

The lobby could use some brightening up.
Very dark and dreary. The carpet in the hallway and guest rooms need cleaning.
There should be some rooms with either doubles or queens instead of all kings and a pullout sofa. I had a sleep on a pullout sofa and it’s hard for an elderly person to get in and out of. I ended up closing it up and sleeping on top of the sofa. Which was very hard and uncomfortable.
