Nice hotel with lack of service
Pros:

The room is large and its easy to get an elevator. The checkin was quick and the staff were efficient.

Cons:

I have spent 6 nights in the hotel and my bed sheets were not replaced even once. They came once every couple of days just to make my bed out and replace towels. With a price range of $500 per night thats the minimum service.
I travel all around the world and never came across this kind of lack of basic service.

Loin du centre, petit déjeuner à fuir, hotel banal ne vaut pas la peine de s'y arreter
Pros:

Cet hotel n'a rien de spécial, au contraire très banal et même un peu vieux. La chambre est grande et plutôt propre tout de même. Le batiment est bien entretenu.

Cons:

Cet hotel ne mérite pas le détour. Le petit déjeuner est une horreur avec des assiettes en carton et des ustensiles / couverts en platisque ! Une horreur. Le prix est aussi exorbitant. L'emplacement est loin de tout.

Convenient location and great breakfast!
Pros:

Great walkable location with lots of restaurants nearby. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Only very expensive valet parking. There was barely enough room for the pull-out sofa to open in the room so was not convenient to moving around in the room.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, die Küche war gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Die Zimmereinigung war leider nicht sehr gründlich obwohl die Zimmer nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt werden. Die Betten wurden nicht ordentlich gemacht. Die Schlafcouch ist sehr durchgelegen und eignet sich daher nur noch für Kinder oder sehr leichte Personen.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Our shower head had little pressure and had to be replaced and there was a small water leak behind the toilet. They fix that when we informed them.
Soap, shampoo and conditioner were not filled.

מיקום קצת מרוחק ממוקדי התיור ומחייב רכב או נסיעה בתחבורה ציבורית אבל יש תחנת רכבת תחתית במרחק הליכה. האמבטיה שכוללת שירותים הייתה קטנה ופחות נוחה לשימוש וזרם המים היה לא משביע רצון וללא שפופורת

Nice hotel but figure out parking options beforehand if you have a car.
Pros:

The concierge was excellent. When we found out the cost of parking at the hotel we looked for other options as it is super expensive. Having said that all the lots around are as well. We managed to figure out street parking with him and very much appreciated his help. The cost of parking at the hotel is part of the reason I rated the hotel lower. The breakfast was good with a range of options. Room was clean and good size. However the gym (although pretty well equipped -we used it every day) needs more regular cleaning.

Cons:

Cost of parking and the check in staff member was not that great. At check in the reception did not tell us about wifi nor breakfast and times for eating. Found out about this the next day and let her know. The wifi was a problem and when I reported it to the front desk they informed me that they were having problems. Didn't work the whole time we stayed there.

Great location fantastic staff
Pros:

Location is fantastic for after an event. Right next to Fenway.

Cons:

No hotel parking garage (we did find street parking but risked a tow if we didn’t move the car in time) and valet is $75

Pros:

The location was perfect, most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and what wasn't we could quickly get on public transit. The morning breakfast was great as well

Cons:

The pool was really cold, even for an indoor pool, and the bar was a little lacking.
