Não gostei e não recomendaria
Cons:

Nossos 2 quartos o secador não estava funcionando e tivemos que ir na recepção para buscar e levar .
O ar condicionado do meu filho não estava funcionando , o atendente foi no quarto e disse que iria esquentar , mas nada de esquentar , no meu quarto no meio da noite ele não esquentou , eu e minha nora ainda ficamos presa no elevador . E o café da manha bem mais ou menos .

Foi uma boa experiência
Pros:

Eu gostei e achei bem justo ser 3,5 estrelas, mas... romântico não, diria tradicional! Atendimento excelente, café maravilhoso e acomodação e localização muito boas.

Cons:

Oferecer roupão para piscina, refrigerante e água muito caros. Janta com preço justo

O hotel é maravilhoso, começando pela recepção que tem um ótimo atendimento, quarto cheiroso, tudo organizado. E o café da manhã é maravilhoso, tudo fresquinho, com muita opção de frutas, pães e acompanhamentos. É de fácil acesso ao centro de Canela, que é uma cidade muito charmosa,e muito próxima a Gramado. O hotel está de parabéns.

Um café espetacular

Funcionários atenciosos muitos bons café ótimo .

Cons:

Piscinas sujas , banheiro área piscina sem água quente fedido . E a insistente tentativa de vender e oferecer cota de hotel . Péssimo isso
