Pros:

Not as expensive as other hotels closer to central Amsterdam, but the access by train to the city (and other destinations) is very convenient. Just a 5 minute walk from the station. Good breakfast, quiet, staff very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel skipped room cleaning for all our stay, even after we asked for it. We want to believe it was a misunderstanding or a lack of communication between staff. Other than that, we have no complaints and had a very nice stay.

Gute Lage zwischen Amsterdam und Leiden, gut erreichbar mit Zug ab Flughafen Schipohl, praktische Ausstattung der Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal .

Prima voor een nacht.
Pros:

Dicht gelegen bij het station van Hoofddorp. Ideaal als je naar Schiphol moet. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het bed was erg hard. Het gebouw zelf was een beetje vergane glorie.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. Same food everyday but plenty of choice

Cons:

We stayed in room 114. The window did not lock. A small note stuck on the window ledge telling us this and black tape stuck on the window to stop it opening. Windows were filthy.
Black out curtains had lots of holes in them, so light coming through.
Staff at night liked to hide in office at reception, reception and bar area is busy at night, can hear staff in office, they take their time coming out to do their job. Guests ended up just walking away.
Tried to get food one night after a long day of sightseeing only to be told they are not serving guests food as they have a coach party staying and are only providing them food as they can not cope with any more. Customer service is a joke in this place.
I have stayed in better Premier inns. Will never stay in another Hilton hotel.
