Hotel excelente, pero deben revisar protocolo de cobros

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la gran mayoría del personal es sumamente amable, servicial y profesional. El hotel es una excelente opción en Bogotá y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Cons:

Deben revisar la forma en que gestionan los cobros extras. Tuve una visita por 90 minutos y , aunque entiendo y acepto el cargo de 130.000 COP por persona adicional, Eyner, el recepcionista que estaba esa noche, me exigió el pago inmediato, de forma muy impositiva y poco amable, negándose a cargarlo a la habitación. Le indiqué que en ese momento no portaba mi billetera e insistió en que debía pagarlo en el momento o a más tardar al otro día por la mañana, pese a que mi check out era dos días después. Un solo empleado empañó una estadía que venía siendo perfecta. Recomiendo capacitar al personal en hospitalidad y permitir que esos cargos se consoliden en el check out.

Excellent location, attentive staff, good quality rooms
Pros:

Staff very attentive, they accompanied us and exaplined in the room how to use what was inside and the facilities. Nice clean modern room with all you need. Gym was small but had enough for me to do all my workout.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, I think the place downstairs they partner with could try to put more efforts in the variety of the offer but overall was still decent.

das Hotel würde ich weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut - sehr ruhig und dennoch relativ zentral. Das Frühstück war vielfaltig.

Cons:

Die Zimmer war relativ klein, und die Klimaanalage war recht laut.

El lobby, los restaurantes, la ubicacion

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó era pequeña. Se escuchaba la conversación y la TV del cuarto de al lado y al estar ubicada cerca del ascensor escuchábamos a las personas hablando muy fuerte. Poco respeto por estar en un hotel.
