Never again.

Front desk staff was kinda nice

Cons:

PARKING! $45 if you wanted valet $28 to park yourself but you couldn’t go in and out without having to pay again. We were there for a show which meant we couldn’t even check in until AFTER the show. Which meant NO shower after riding 6 hrs in the car. Bed too soft. Checkout is NOON. Housekeeping started beating my door down at 10am. My alarm was set for 1115!! Relentless! The sink for the bathroom was the slowest draining sink ever. No way you could leave the water run to wash your face!! The view also sucked. A bridge.

Loved the hotel, staff and location.

The hotel was terrific

Cons:

The elevator from curb to hotel lobby is Very confusing. It also applies to the parking garage. Not just us…anyone we encountered. Too many graphics…unable to decipher.

Pleasant and convenient stay for my reason for visiting the city.
Pros:

The room was a nice size and the location of the hotel is in walking distance to Huntington Bank Field. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had an issue with the air conditioning in the room upon arrival. It was resolved. When booking it says that breakfast is included but does not specify that you only get $10 per person for breakfast. So, if you go over you will have to pay the remaining balance.
