Pokój i hotel nie jest zły ale jeśli dostaniesz pokój z balkonem miej pod uwagę że jest winda za ścianą i się nie wyśpisz .Robi wrażenie że rozwali ścianę i wpadnie do pokoju .

El hotel y la habitación no están mal pero yen en cuenta si te toca la habitación con balcón tendrás el ascensor por el otro lado de la pared y no dormirás . Parece que va a entrar dentro rompiendo la pared.

IDEAL PARA CONOCER CRACOVIA A PIE
Pros:

La ubicación fue, sin duda, lo mejor del hotel. Está muy cerca del centro histórico, por lo que pudimos recorrer Cracovia caminando sin necesidad de usar transporte. La zona es tranquila y, al mismo tiempo, está muy bien comunicada. La habitación era cómoda y la estancia en general fue agradable.

Cons:

La atención en recepción podría mejorar. En general, el trato de la mayoría de los recepcionistas fue bastante frío y poco cercano, sin demasiada predisposición a ayudar o dar información. La excepción fue una chica que nos atendió la noche del 21/07, que fue muy amable, conversó con nosotros y nos explicó muchas cosas sobre la ciudad y los alrededores. Su atención marcó una gran diferencia y fue la única que realmente nos hizo sentir bien atendidos.

Výborná voľba na pár nocí, blízko centra mesta, rovno pri zastávke električky
Pros:

Nádherné prostredie, tichý dvor a záhrada. Pohodlné parkovanie, aj keď trochu pridrahé. Veľmi pestré raňajky. Voda kedykoľvek k dispozícii na chodbách. Izby veľmi pekné, čisté, dostatočne vybavené. Dokonca aj žehličkou a doskou, čo považujem za obrovské plus. Na prízemí je výborná kaviareň, ktorej ponuku si môžete vychutnať v hotelovej záhrade.

Cons:

Izba bola trochu stiesnená, sprchový kút bol extrémne malý a nedalo sa v ňom hýbať. Treba si dať pozor na holuby, ktoré Vás otravujú pri raňajkách, ale to nie je chyba personálu hotela, skôr nedisciplinovaných hostí, ktorí ich krmia.
